I get a great deal of shipments through UPS. Our regular driver, Toby, is an awesome guy, he always goes above and beyond in his duties for us. Occasionally we get a different driver and one in particular is horrible. I built a big box for UPS drops at my house and he still leaves the packages laying in the driveway! Several times I have had to go walk the field to try and find my missing packages because the wind blows them away. I have a security camera in my driveway and have gotten several videos of him just tossing the package into the driveway. I guess it is time to start complaining to corporate about this.

I have not been there for several years. Remodeled building is much better for workers and customers.

I like the remodeled office. Having worked for ups at one point I can say that some people give them a hard time and they work so hard. Its actually corporates problems that most people take out on the girl in the office. Good people though

My Grandmother rented a storage shed next to UPS 22 years ago. Made her payments monthly. UPS bought it and they kicked her out of it. Giving her a month to handle it. She passed away last year and so the family had to move her stuff. We asked many times for them to move their trucks so we can get her stuff out. This is the room they left us. If this is how you treat people then shame on you! My Grandma always used your services and was always polite. Shame on you UPS. I will never use your services again.

Michelle is the hardest working UPS driver we have ever had. I’ve never had a problem with any of the UPS drivers or the customer service counter. These drivers work extremely hard and if you had to go one day in their shoes you’d understand a lot more of how UPS works. They have a lot of rules they have to follow- look it up. Thank you UPS!

They are always very nice and helpful. Would give 5 stars if it were open earlier in the day. 4-6 pm for people who dont live and work in Alamosa is inconvenient.

Good friendly service

Open only 2 hours in the day and cant deliver packages, what are you even doing during the day. Ive had several packages missing that say delivered from Amazon and only have issues when its with UPS. Nobody answers the phones either. Drivers are lazy when they do actually deliver and leave it outside of my gate...while Fed-Ex takes the time to go to my door. Avoid if possible!*reply*If you really cared about what your customers think, you would answer the phones instead of posting your email or social media.

Great services and new facility.

First off they supposedly ‘delivered’ my item. I was waiting all day for it so I could go out there and grab it. And then I even checked my ring doorbell to watch and see if anything came up. Absolutely nothing came through the driveway. They said it was delivered. How pathetic and didn’t even deliver it. And I call only for the supervisor is be gone???? How is it you all aren’t open till 4pm and close at 6 pm yet your supervisor isn’t even there for the full time.

Huge line in tiny 6× 5 room in snowy winter and the package which the driver did not deliver feigning an incorrect address (it was correct) was not back at the warehouse even though our message said it was returned hours earlier. Over one hour in line for nothing, zero, nada. Regular driver who is awesome delivered the next day without incident.

I have moved they keep changing my address label to my old address. I have called and spoke with a person and they still keep changing it. How is that allowed PEOPLE MOVE!!!

Moving from the east coast to Colorado I was blown away with the friendly attitude of most people around here. What sticks out to me is how friendly Richard, the employee assigned to my route is. Im sure its no treat to have to deliver all over the vast San Luis Valley. Although interactions are brief, its nice to know Richard and say hi when he drops something off. Im sure I wouldnt have the biggest smile on my face after 8 or more hours of driving a day. People like him make this place feel more like home.

Worst delivery service in the valley. They deliver my highly valuable packages to a random store 15 miles from my hour and claim it was delivered to the correct address. Ups would not tell me where it was delivered they just told me it was delivered to the correct address. No other profession could slack like this...

Surepost is the worst product imaginable. It gives the driver an excuse not to deliver packages. If it is to big for a post box, DELIVER IT! Dont pass your job to the Post Office who WONT deliver either.

I have orders sent to the house because my husband is disabled veteran and I care for him and can’t lift them either. Why are they being sent to usps when I paid for ups? Other items come to the door by ups but they are lighter.

One star is being incredibly charitable, despite being the lowest ranking.The crappiest service I have ever experienced. Drivers fail to deliver packages then erroneously claim they have. When they would actually deliver the packages, at least three out of five were damaged and had to be returned. Their service was so bad I had to file one BBB complaint after another, to no avail, of course.Avoid them like the plague they are.

I would actually like to give no stars but I cant post if there is no star marked. Thats stupid too!!!! Today, February 7, 2018, we had three boxes delivered to 726 3rd St., Alamosa. This is not the first time this has happened but your drivers are to lazy to deliver the boxes to the office. They park at the alley and leave the boxes at the first door they fine and leave the boxes there, where we have to do their job and bring it to the office. That is pure laziness. Even if the office is closed they could leave the boxes at the office door. If they parked at the 3rd street and come thru that door they wouldnt have to walk very far to the office. This isnt the first time and Im thinking of calling the 1-800 number so they know what is going on.

The tracking on my package indicated it was out for delivery yesterday before 7:00 am. It didn’t arrive yesterday and is still undelivered today. There is not a phone number to call to inquire about the late delivery.

Delivery is always late at night around 11 at night... and I live right next to the UPS office....Im afraid of someone stealing my packages so I stay up to get it... even though the tracking says out for delivery I still dont get it until really late... I live in the sketchy part of alamosa I cant just let my package sit outside over night... I just wish it wasnt so darn late....Update I finally got my package that Ive been waiting for for three days.... while i stayed up until midnight waiting i finally get a notice from my tracking number saying they couldnt find a safe place to leave my package... i was waiting on my porch for hours litterally waiting for them no one showed up!!! And today I finally get my package!!!! And the damn delivery lady just drops it at my driveway.... while I was on my porch!!!! I literally watched me see her drop it off and leave.... not even coming up a few feet to give it to me!!!!... terribleAnother edit..... They never delivered my package ...but ups says it was delivered .. Went to my neighbors and no one had it.... . And they dont have a number to call... Their office is only open for two hours (when Im at work) so I have no way of talking to them about my lost package..... Hate this ups

Both FedEx And usps have lost multiple packages and frequently deliver packages late. Just wish there was a ups store with normal hours.

Only open 4-6 and the drop box is way too small for packages.

Building is old and dirty the people who work here are helpful but the building is to small and dirty and should have been replaced years ago

I have filed complaints but they dont care. Cant even carry a 30lb package upstairs. They wont hire people that can do the job. Worse UPS service EVER.
