Today I talked to Barbara from full throttle car wash about a charge on my debit card. I find miss Barbara to be a total professional, intelligent and very customer service oriented. She instructed me on the proper use of my card in their machines. I am very appreciative. I will continue to use their services as I am quite pleased with the treatment I received. Their business is conveniently located and the cleanest car wash in town, bar none.

A little pricey but they did a really good job. They now charge a service fee for using a credit card. You might want to keep that in mind.Workers get a 5 starManagement a 4 star

I love this car wash, I just wish they would dry the front grill a little better and the side view mirrors!

They’re super thorough (cleaned our front & rear interior windows, dash, all doors & wheels) but short on staff so the wait time is long if you’re getting the wheel/interior wipe down. Took us about 45 minutes start-to-finish; I’d recommend asking the attendant for an estimate before deciding what kind of wash you want. Would’ve been 3 stars if the cashier hadn’t come out to start our car (probably would’ve been an hour total if not).

The managers/owners really need to take a class in professionalism. When there is a problem they totally ignore it and place the blame on something else. The boy/man manager is probably the worst customer service person ever. He is really immature and very hostile. Id rather wash my own car myself than pay them money for 50% work. I really dont know how they can treat their customers this way. I will never ever go back to this place. No pride whatsoever in their work. They should be ashamed treating people this way. Its called customer service! But I guess when you are the only gig in town you can treat people how ever you want.

They do an excellent job at thoroughly cleaning your car. They are fast and courteous. And reasonably priced

Good place to get your car cleaned whether you clean it yourself or have them service it for you.

This place is horrible. I went to pick my car up and had to have them re do it. The manger was rude when I brought it up to him. Then I ask to speak to the owners and I was told “ I am a business woman, and I am respected here.” What does that even have to do with getting my car cleaned!? It seems they care more about being business people than actually maintaining their business and helping customers.

Sadly, I will no longer be a customer of this car wash as I have been for years. Although they claim to “Back the Blue”, in fact they do not. I was very disappointed to learn that they do not support local law enforcement. While they do support Colorado State Patrol by giving a discount on washing their patrol cars, they do not afford that same courtesy where it is needed most, out local law enforcement officers. Our local law enforcement officers work very hard to protect and serve our SLV communities, often under staffed and with a very limited budget. Your business is thriving because of this local community. With your success, it’s very disappointing to know that when our officers come in with their patrol cars, on their own time, with their own money, that they are not offered a discount that is given to State Patrol. Why? Our local officers do not get a stipend to maintain their patrol cars, our officers pay for this service out of pocket and are not reimbursed. They do this because they take pride in what they do. And please remember, our officers have family and friends in this community that have contributed to your successful business. So, please remove the sign from behind your register “Back the Blue” and replace it with a CO State Patrol sign. Until you truly “Back the Blue” across the board, that needs to be removed. As the wife of a LEO, I will not be returning to your establishment.

I have been going to this car wash for years and all of the staff are usually friendly. Today I went and the guy told me it was going to be an hour and a half because they had a lot of cars. I decided to get the outside cleaned because I couldn’t wait that long because I had an appointment. I was charged $16.00. My appointment canceled so I decided to go back since I had the time and get the inside cleaned. I was charged another $44.00 so I asked the lady if I had to pay the whole thing since I had already paid. She asked the manager who took some off. When the desk lady came back she was very rude! She told me that in the future to go to my appointment first and then come back because this causes them too much trouble. I tried to explain that my appointment was going to run until 5 that’s why I came before and I live out of town. She was very rude!! I will never go back there!
