I was extremely impressed with the people who worked there they took good care of me and my car. Just a few minutes and I was on my way. Very polite and reasonable.

So happy I found B & W. I didnt know anyone in the area and I had to have a dent repaired on my hood. From beginning to end the experience was professional, friendly and within a price range I thought was super reasonable. Weve all heard the horror stories about dishonest auto shops taking advantage of women. Not B & W! I recommend them without reservation. You wont be disappointed!

Dorinda was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were extremely friendly to my kids who are pains, Lol. They go above and beyond to help me find a rental, I cant believe they were so helpful you never see that anymore. Id be proud to recommend them to my friends and family

Recently took our Honda Odyssey in for Auto body Repair work. The repairs were done in a timely manner and of excellent quality. In addition to the excellent repair work, what I appreciated the most was the customer service. In a day and age where good customer service seems a thing of the past, B&W was the exception. Extremely friendly and accommodating. They always were attentive and caring with any questions, helpful with the insurance claims process, and friendly anytime we came in or called with questions through our repair process. Truly a five star pleasure to work with. Thank you :)

The first time I had my car fixed I was impressed with their work not until they messed up my car the second time around. I had them buff my car but one of the workers hit the drivers side door badly. They did replaced the door but it took forever. I have to keep calling to do follow and they keep dragging it and lots of excuses too. They did a poor job with the paint. I went back to do a complaints because there are some bubbles and paint chips. They offered to fix it but I was hesitant to go back. What if they mess it up again.

I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get their vehicle body repaired. The quality was great and the service was absolutely wonderful. Dorinda (the front desk/coordinator employee)was phenomenal and really good with communication.

Took in my 08 Honda Accord for a front end collision repair. They worked very well with my insurance and was very courteous and professional. The paint match was almost spot on which is difficult with white pearl paint. All in all, I am very satisfied with their work.
