Fast and easy. People here are friendly and understanding. I didnt feel rushed and they had answers to all of my questions.

This place sucks the customer service up front they want to call you by number when you have the only number there and they dont care about your needs or anybody elses needs they are laughing and having a party back there while youre waiting up front and the security up run acts like you know hes guarding Fort Knox or something you know cut people a break they just need some help man your guyses customer skills has to get a lot better in order for you guys to get a better ranking because right now you guys suck

Organized better, just takes longer if you want to see a social worker. And they close at 4pm. Have to take that in consideration.
