Everyone was so helpful and kind helping me get the right wheelchair for my grandma. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. My grandma is happy with her chair and so much happier she is able to get around easier. Thank you Walker and Wheelchair Rentals!

They dont want my business. Blue Cross blue shield asked them to bill Medicare and get refusal so blue Cross could pay for it. They refused to do it. Worst part is they are a preferred partner and no one else in town has a knee stroller. Now I need to buy one.

Cant replace anything thats messed up, dont let you know when theyre finally sending someone to look to make sure there is an able body to answer the door. Horrible service!

Took my step father to get a knee board and possibly a motorized chair. Medicaid wont pay for anything and they wont bill blue cross blue shield. Oh well. Straight out of pocket I guess.
