So, I gave them a photo of what I wanted. It even says what the powder was that they used. I wanted natural looking nails. The photo on the left is what I received. It’s a baby pink. Not at all a sheer nude color and no small French tip. While I was there, a woman got her eyebrows waxed and she complained at the front that she felt her brows were uneven and the woman just took her credit card and swiped it. No attempt to remedy the concern. This was my first time to this place. I thought I’d try it because of the positive reviews. I learned something today…..use the salon you trust.

I’ve been going to this establishment for almost a year now I haven’t really had much to complain about till this year. Ive been going almost religiously every two weeks and prices are great and for the most part service is great as well but a month ago I noticed I got a nail fungus which only happens when the nails have lifted and aren’t treated properly. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 17 and never got a nail fungus before moving here. Ive noticed the nails lift within a week and a half of getting them and If u have them more than a few month they fall off within days. After giving them a second chance after a 3 week grace period to heal my nails I come back and ask for an appointment as I always do and they tell me just come in today. Ok so I do I wait for an hour and a half watching other appointments come in. No thank u between bad quality and no loyalty to customers that have been there for a year just not a great place

Made an appointment but they were quite busy so we didnt get seated until about 30 minutes after our appointment. However, service was extremely nice and they spent time on us. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely will go back!

Customer service was good and it was overall a nice place but I would not recommend their acrylic services. Acrylic across nails is wildly uneven and nail tips were filed crooked. :(

I love how long and how much attention they spend on doing pedicures. Some places do the bare minimum and then charge you for luxury service. Every time I go there they are so pleasant and take such good care of my feet! Very talented with their designs as well!

They really took their time and I really love how my polish came out. They also had a pretty large selection of nail polishes. The woman who did my manicure. Im definitely coming back and requesting her.

Honestly, this is the best manicure Ive ever gotten hands down. Me and 5 other people made appointments to get our nails done for a wedding, and Ive never had my nails look better! I will definitely be coming back next time I get my nails done! Everyone who worked there was truly amazing!

Ive tried a couple salons in town, this will be my only salon from now on. I dont know his name but he is the younger guy with glasses. He does an awesome job & is super patient!! He did my fill in yesterday & my cuticles look amazing. & today came back for a pedicure & luckily got him again & he did a great job. Best salon in town for the most reasonable prices.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Its clean, the staff is professional and kind. I used to never get my nails done, but now I do every 2 weeks or so. I appreciate the detail and effort of each nail tech and I have seen 3 different people before. Great place!

I have tried many nail places in the area. So they were cheaper you get what you pay for. Ive had a couple different people do my nails but today Im leaving the happiest I have been. I asked the girl to match my New Year costume. It is definitely the more Ive ever paid to get my nails done but I guess you cant put a price on your happiness. I am sooo happy.

These guys are so great! Family/friend run business. Establishment is clean, they are so friendly, there is rarely ever a wait, and they are up to date with all the fashionable nail trends. They have a huge selection of gel nail polish and regular polish and they’ve never turned down an acrylic design I’ve wanted. My nails have lasted and haven’t had an issue with chipping or breaking and I’m pretty rough with my hands.

Friends and I were able to get our toes done together; four chairs next to each other. What you would expect for an Asian nail salon. Cleanliness was ok. No harsh smells. Technicians talk to each other in their language instead of to us but I guess thats more and more the norm. They were very sweet to my 7yo, it was her first time!

Prices are reasonable and service is decent.

I was a walk-in, first time customer. I was greeted immediately and the pedicure started quickly. I had a great pedicure (the deluxe one) and a basic manicure. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. The prices were much less expensive than at home. I would definitely come back here again if I lived here but I’m just visiting the area.

Asian Nails ROCKS!!! For the last 10+ years I have visited nail salons. I am blessed to have found the best salon in our town as far as their skills go AND the owners are so friendly and REALLY care about their customers. Nice staff. Had a pedicure done. The massage was rushed so 1 deducted one star for that. I really liked the single use packages for the creams and salts. They also use disposable liners in the foot tubs. Good experience overall.

I don’t go anywhere else! Prices are reasonable, staff is so friendly and my nail tech Henry, he’s the best! I’ve been going to Henry for the last 6-8 months and I am extremely happy every time I leave. Im treated more like a friend than a costumer and that’s amazing to me. And any of you girls out there that get your nails done regularly know that most nail salons really appreciate their loyal customers and maybe give you a discount here and there. Well my personal experience I have never been to a nail salon that tends to your needs the way Asian Nails and Henry do for me. They don’t just appreciate their customers, they really care.

I was with two girlfriends to do walk-in mani/pedis and the staff was able to immediately get all three of us going. Great service and my nails look lovely as well. Amazing! Clean and professional! Day 5 since my nails were done and still not chips! I will definitely be back to get more mani and pedi.

Ive been here a few times only to get my eyebrows waxed, and they do a mediocre job at best. The lady who did my eyebrows actually left me with a red burn right underneath my right brow,which lasted for nearly a week! Nobody there is friendly, and the one lady acts offended because I dont get other services there. I havent gotten a pedicure in quite a while because I have a toenail fungus Im trying to clear up first. Them seem greedy to me anyway, and I refuse to patronize a business when nobody can even muster up a decent smile. When I go for my next eyebrow wax, it will be somewhere else.Thank you for reading.

This is not the first time I come here, but the technicians always makes me surprised by the new nail model they create. They are amazingly beautiful, I always want to own all of those. Each time coming, my manicurist helps me to create a new model so that my nails is always unique and very impressed too.Love this place so much.

Nail had fallen off so i went to get it fixed , and they were french tip. the lady didn’t shape it to the shape it was, nor make it french tip , she put glitter on top and just called it a day

The chairs in here is super comfortable. I felt at ease and relax when I was here. The atmosphere here help me to fully relax. For sure I will come back here again

Just ok nail saloon. Clean enough where I never got a fungus but nail work is just ok. You cant make appointments and lately its been quite busy. I came up there twice and it was packed and I couldnt make an appointment just to fix a broken nail. I think there is only one person that does designs and Im not sure of her work. Pedicures are not that good I could better work myself .

Try to give them a second chance never will I go back. went to get a pedicure and full set. They scrub my feet for maybe 5 minutes total between both feet didnt even clean up My cuticles. They rushed on my nails some are super thin some are super thick uneven never will I go back.

I just move to Alamogordo and I was searching for a nail salon came across this place. All I have to say I loved my nails the lady who did them took her time and was so nice. I even gave her a tip. I recommend this place!

Huge fan! Came here because 2 of my coworkers were raving about this place, and several of my friends on Google have reviewed it. Plus, its only a few blocks away from my place! I rarely get my nails done, but got them done for a wedding :)

I had 3 different people work on my nails while I was there. They were busy. The lady who started on my nails got called 4 times to do a brow wax. I ended up with ok nails though the polish is quite uneven.

They are very curious and there service is excellent for our Alamogordo community

Theyre always busy but I never had a problem with waiting, they have attentive staffs. Also, you wont even notice your wait time because youll need a lot of time deciding which color you want for your nails and they have TONS!

Mines and my sister nails came off only , after 5 days of having them on . lesson learned ! FIRST AND LAST . They did a VERY horrible job on my sister pedicure. The lady did OK with mine . She started my toes 20 mins b4 the older gentleman did my sister ... and we ended up finishing at the same time. And ... when he went to do her nails ... it came out looking as if he did it with his eyes closed.NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Bad service and they arent friendly. We were visiting from Alabama looking for pedicures. They stuck us in the back and left us there for at least 15 to 20 mins.. Didnt run any water for us or anything.. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Very un professional, un sanitary, the employees are immature. The lady kept having to redo my gel. Completely ignored what I told her I wanted and gave me what she wanted. Charged me 43 dollars for just a full set and they are still not even and the gel polish is lumpy.There was a bunch of mosquitoes in the building as well.The man cut my nails way to short was giving me disgusting looks because I was in a dress. Said my husband had a lot of girlfriends. Just a disgusting environment to be in. Go anywhere else but here unless you want uneven lumpy nails and gross environment and to be judged.

Dont know about the nails but do not go here for an eyebrow waxing i told her just a clean up and she took it upon herself to re shape my eyebrow and now im missing half my brows!
