Excellent experience today at this service center. Had a battery installed on an older Samsung S8 and bought two new cases for our phones. They have a very organized store that is clean and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this local Alamogordo service provider.

My 84 year old grandmother purchased a total of 3 phones from them ! Our iPhone 6 works wonderfully ! She didn’t know the price she was paying for the last one returned it - so went in and they soldHer a more expensive phone this time !!! - she asked them to take it in for a less expensive phone one day later & he refused ! The owner said he had a business to run !! Rather then make it right with his customer - told her that he would take it as a trade in but would not exchange at cost he charged her for a lower cost device !He wouldn’t be up or down a box as far as inventory goes - but simply making it right for an elderly customer who clearly didn’t understand the sale ! Of course - not entirely his fault ! But someone who sells to a person(s) knowingly confused on purchase - because he said himself last time she said she paid too much - but sold her a more expensive phone this time - is a HORRIBLE sales person!I will never buy from them again.! & will encourage everyone to keep their sales to a certified sales business ! Because this isn’t IT !

The service is very friendly but I dont consider them professional because I was misled about my repair. It started out good but then an issue came up with the part that was replaced. They replaced the part again but other issues developed. This is where the non-professionalism started. I was told the devise could not be repaired through them because the new issue required the phone be programed by a licensed Apple programmer. So, when I told my warranty company the devise was unrepairable, they said they needed a statement from the repair shop stating that they could not repair it. That way I could get a replacement.The owner was so worried about his reputation with the warranty company (who doesnt refer them by name...they just tell you to get your device repaired locally) that he said he would find a way to get it repaired. I gave them a chance and it didnt happen. I was told to bring the phone in on a certain date and the owner would take it to the individual that was supposed to be a licensed Apple programmer for the part I needed. This didnt happen and when I spoke to them again, I was told that a part had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Again, this didnt happen. Finally, I went in after a week to see about the part and was told the person they had to program it didnt have his license to do the work. Bottom line...I had to go somewhere else to get this completed. I wouldnt be upset if I had just been told the truth in the first place.

I called over the phone explained my situation, I cracked my screen, as I run a business myself I needed my phone repaired immediately. they didnt have the screen on hand but they were able to ship it overnight and get it installed for me the very next day. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place

The staff was pleasant to deal with. Would recommend giving this place a try. Every now and then they have great electronics for sale for cheap. Got my 60 TV from them and have been very pleased. Ive also sold them a smartphone. Was a simple and pleasant transaction.

If I could give this tech store less then 0 stars I would, I have never written a review on here but I had to let people know to not trust this place with your electronics. I took my laptop here with minimal water damage and they had it for a month. First of all they dont have replacement screens on hand which is understandable but not ideal if youre in a rush.The first one they ordered came cracked so I had to wait for a second one. Still I was understanding. They quoted me at $400 at first then $380, by the end of the repair my total had gone up to over $500 without explanation. When I received my laptop after A MONTH, the backlight of the keyboard was not working (was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off, even with the water damage). When I called to tell them this, they said they would charge me $100 to fix something that was working before they touched my laptop. They never explained this could happen with a screen replacement. They were very unprofessional and their workers were rude and seemed not to communicate with each other. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ELECTRONICS.

I showed up in their store requesting a Hail Mary, and man did they succeed!I had a iPhone XR that was a brick- it wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t charge, absolutely dead. A tech in Austin, TX had looked at it originally a week ago, said they even changed the battery and still nothing.A new iPhone 11was purchased, but then it couldn’t be changed over because of two step authentication (phone belongs to a 15 year old who never set up that second step). We were just going to create a new iCloud account, but then we found out phone hadn’t been backed up for 2 years all the picture of her two year old brother would be gone!So, I arrived at the store asking if they can get the phone to turn on to do the phone transfer, and to also extract all photo and video data. They explained the process and that the motherboard was probably shorted out and that they could fry it and lose everything forever if they caused too much heat. They said they could watch the heat being produced and if it started to get too much they would stop, but then they could call their micro-solderer, YES YOU HEARD ME- THEIR MICRO-SOLDERER (who do you know who has one of these on call?!?!) who could come and fix the short so we can extract the photos and Videos. Impossible mission....so I thought. I dropped it off around 1:15 and by2:45 they called me saying they successfully backed up all the photos and videos, got the new phone activated and everything transferred over!!!Turn out, that the battery was never switched before... still had the factory seal on it! The phone lasted about an hour before it started shutting down again, because there indeed was a short on the motherboard. That hour was all they needed though to extract 56gigs of photos and video.They were kind, professional and just great folks! I am so happy to see that Alamogordo has a trustworthy and experienced tech business for repairs! Turns out they do more then just phones.... they had fixed a drone the day before! So if you have ANY device that isn’t working properly call them before you take that trip to Cruces or El Paso, or before you send that device back! They have gained a forever client with myself and my family!

Dropped my cell phone the screen cracked. I didnt have insurance and called around. Most of at other shops around quoted me something crazy high and said they couldnt get it done for a few days. But the owner of ADR said he had had the screen available and that he could get it done by the next day. Just got my phone back and its like its brand new. Couldnt be happier with the whole process.
