Couldn’t recommend a better rental place for locals and those at Holloman AFB visiting or in training. They have been so willing to accommodate extensions in the rental due to my crazy schedule and those coming to visit and have provided a great vehicle with the best rates that I can get from them. Very friendly and understanding, and I’m glad I went with them. No better place for someone under 25 to rent a car hands down, and military accommodation/ discount helped me out like you wouldn’t believe.

Gerardo Monreal, manager, deserves absolute top marks. We came in with a huge issue and he resolved it within minutes. We were so very grateful. I reserved days in advance and my car was still late. I get that theres a shortage, but dont promise something and fail to deliver. I got a call saying my car was late, but I could have a different car at my reserved time. I showed up and that car wasnt there, so I had to wait anyway. My car was 30 minutes late and the tank wasnt full. I get that they were probably trying to save time, but they put 7/8 on the contract when it was barely 3/4. It was a one-way rental, so I didnt trust trying to turn it in with less than a full tank because you can bet they would have tried to charge me for that, because how often do you get a car thats less than full?Unfortunately, options are limited around here. Enterprise is always sold out and has limited hours

This place has horrible customer service. They don’t open on time and never answer their phone. When they get tired of you calling they just deny the call and send you to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up. In the future I think paying a bit extra for car rental service with Enterprise will be better in the long run.

Why go to Enterprise when you could enjoy the top notch customer service from Hertz.If you need something and call a few days in advance, theyll put all there effort to puting you first and letting you know the time to come on by for a nice rental.There rentals are all new per year, as well as clean, low mileage and most of them are amazing on gas.But truly, the men that work here, know what it means to put the customer first, even on there most busy of days.Thanks Hertz 🤘

The gentleman was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me including about the deposit. I kinda figured there was going to be one I just didnt know how much. He explained how that Ill be getting that back and if I bring it back early what they do. I will definitely go back to them again. I also did my reservation like a month in advance since I knew when I was leaving.

The sales rep was helpful and accommodating. I accidently booked for a day later than I intended, but even though I showed up a day early he was able to get me going. He also gave me some leeway on the exact time to return the car since I had some obligations that prevented me from returning it on the exact hour I was supposed to. Much appreciated. The office is in the back left corner of the dealership building. It can be a bit hard to find but the dealership salesmen are quick to point you in the right direction.

I had a wonderful experience with Hertz in Alamo. The process was speedy and smooth. I got stuck in traffic on my way home which made my drop off a little late; they worked with me... they were kind, with great conversation. I will definitely use this Hertz again...they aim to make the commute to El Paso airport as inexpensive as possible!

Made a reservation for pick up at 5:00 PM ( chosen from the times listed online). Showed up at 4:40, only to find that this location had closed at 4 PM. A dealership employee nearby told me that the Hertz employee had gone for the day and that no phone number was listed for my confirmed reservation (using their online booking service) and no other attempt to contact me was made ( they had my email). There was another couple that was also there to get a car and had the same pickup time of 500pm too. Horrible experience, and NO customer service., Do not rent from this location, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Trying to rent a car today, but phone line is constantly busy.

This was the WORST rental experience Ive ever had! The staff was rude, the vehicle was filthy, including a pair of panties stuffed under the seat, and it came with 3/4 tank of gas, yet Im expected to bring it back full. When I brought my concerns to management, they were dismissed. Will never use Hertz again!!!!!!!!
