Absolutely fantastic service! I had to have my flat tire fixed as well as remove the temporary tire & return it back to its position under the bed of the truck. They took my truck right away (I think his name is Charles?). He was super fast, friendly & professional! Ill be going back to utilize their services, if needed, in the future.

In layman’s terms they know what they do well and that’s all they do !For those that have lived in the area their entire lifetime Alamo Tire is a no-brainer. For those of us who just arrived in the past few years from parts of the US with tire shops that are a “little more sketchy” to say the least , well Alamo Tire is welcome relief.I have bought snow tires the past coupes seasons for my 2015 Silverado 1500 from Alamo and by far they were my best investment ever.John and his guys are honest , guided by integrity and respect. Great customer service, fair prices, and quality work. I needed a couple new tires for my trailer and gave these guys a call off a recommendation. They had the tires(special size that most people dont carry) delivered the next morning. Got me in and out in under 20 minutes with no BS fees, complimentary coffee, and a knowledgable guy helping with questions I had about wheels for my truck. Only thing that would improve this place is a cleaner waiting area, but that doesnt take away from the great experience. Would recommend!

Coming from out of town had a very bad tire the gentlemen there were very respectful helpful and informed us of what was needed on tires... we were driving to Oklahoma from Arizona gentlemen checked all our tires told us which ones were bad Nd helped us out... for us being two girls they educated us well on tires... thank you so much for providing such great service you have no idea how much we appreciate all the help.

These guys are so awesome and the wait is not long like other tire repair places and prices are not expensive.

My wife took one of our cars in to get a quote. They said that we needed everything new in the exhaust system including the catalytic converter and quoted us a price over $1200. Went and had a 2nd shop look at it, They ran a test on the converter and said it was fine, parts and labor...$550. I have had Alamo Tire work on my truck before and always thought they were fair. I dont know what happened here.

They got us in immediately!! The guy went straight to work!!! Took no time to get out tire repaired so we could get back on the road!! You guys rock!! Thank you!!

Awesome place! Took my Jeep in a couple weeks ago for an alignment issue. Corey put it on the rack and got it really close but a faulty part wouldnt allow him to set it perfect. Since he couldnt gaurantee it would stay, he sent me off free of charge, even waived the fee he was supposed to charge just for setting up the machine. He was knowledgeable and courteous and didnt try to bs me. So far what he did has held up and is buying me some time to put the funds together for the parts and labor. Ill be returning here for my future needs. Thanks to the Alamo Tire crew!

Had a nail in my tire and thought Id take it to a local shop. Brandon was there and greeted me before I even got out of my car. Thats never happened anywhere I went before! After I explained what happened, I was led into a stall where he started work on it immediately. As he took off the tire and saw the problem, he explained what he was going to do so that I know what was going on every step of the way. He did a great job buffing, applying the rubber cement and patching it up.I then went inside and was greeted by Jeff, who Im assuming is the manager/owner. He asked me if the work was performed to my satisfaction, which I said yes, no doubt. He then saw that I was in my uniform and thanked me for my service and gave me a very nice discount!Thank you Alamo Tire for taking care of my car and me!

Very impressed. This is a rare kind of shop these days, and when you show up here you know youre in the right place. I just needed a tire swapped out and a new spare mounted and these guys got me right in. As someone somewhat new to the area I couldnt help but notice there were a lot of the local old hats coming in and out of the place... a good sign I thought. Truly out of respect for this business I dont want to mention exactly what kind of deal they gave me, but it was EXCELLENT. No kidding, as I drove away I called up my dad who still lives up north and raved about this place... actually got him choked up a little.

Stand-up owner running a professional business! While traveling through town I blew out a sidewall and needed a replacement tire. I called Alamo Tire b/c they are a TireRack recommended installer. I spoke with Corey who informed me a matching tire was going to take a while to special order, but he did offer me a few affordable alternatives. As my tires were relatively new, I wanted a match, so I ordered one through TIreRack and had it sent directly to them. I was told to come in anytime once the tire arrived, so once I got notification I rolled in to get the tire replaced. Unfortunately, during the replacement process, my wheel was damaged, scrapes on the front and a fairly significant gouge taken out of the lip. This was brought to my attention immediately and I was told Id be reimbursed to get it replaced. As Im traveling I didnt have time to have it replaced locally. I got a quote from VW and checked online resellers prices for an OEM replacement. The next day I stopped back in and spoke with Jeff, the owner. After a quick chat he cut me a check for an agreed upon fair amount, no hassle, no drama. Like I said, stand-up professional with top notch customer service. Despite the damage (s@*t happens), I would give them my business again and recommend you do the same.Thank you Jeff!

DONT USE THIS MECHANIC SHOP FOR REPAIRS OTHER THAN OIL CHANGE. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY, READ ON. I was ripped off by Alamo Tire for more than $1500.00 on an engine swap job. Mind you, this vehicle has no computer, fuel injection or modern advances of todays vehicles. I took my 1985 full size Blazer to Alamo Tire for an engine swap. I provided a new GM crate engine, Edelbrock intake manifold, carburetor, fuel pump and other new parts. Everything worked on the vehicle when I brought it in; this was not the case when I picked it up. On the drive home I discovered they were unable to set the idle or automatic choke so the vehicle wouldnt run without constant throttling and the belts squealed horribly. On my first trip with the new engine, I stopped to check how things were working and noticed several vacuum lines disconnected without being plugged, oil leaks and transmission fluid pouring out of the transmission. The mechanic forgot to reconnect the vacuum and transmission cooler lines. I had it towed back to their shop and later returned with a list of items requiring repair. After more than 2 weeks the mechanic wasnt able to make the carburetor work properly. I suggested changing rods and springs to see if that would fix the problem. Instead the mechanic DRILLED out an orifice on my brand new $350.00 Edlbrock carburetor. Who does that? Heres who...someone who has no clue about auto repair and calls himself a Mechanic. After several weeks of trying to get the new motor to run as designed I lost my patience with the incompetence of this mechanic shop. I spoke to one of the owners of Alamo Tire and was surprised by his reaction. Even after I explained they would have to replace my carburetor he continued to question my complaint as if trying to intimidate me, saying that there was no way one of his mechanics took a drill to a brand new carburetor. I was left to purchase another carburetor out of pocket to replace the one ruined by Alamo Tire. After the encounter with the owner, I asked for my keys and took my Blazer across the street to a shop who understands customer service. So basically, I paid $1200.00, not including parts, to have Alamo Tire remove the old engine and bolt in a new one...and thats it...the engine swap wasnt complete and the Blazer wasnt road worthy. I found out how incomplete when my current mechanic went through it and found at least $1000 worth of labor still needed to undo the mess made by Alamo tire. To the owners of Alamo Tire, unless you replace my carburetor I will continue to bad mouth your business online and to everyone I encounter. Furthermore, I work for a company who uses your services for fleet maintenance, or shall I say used to use your services. Hugely disappointed with the incompetence of your mechanics and your complete disregard for customer service. If anyone would like more information about my experience, ask the owners of Alamo Tire and post it here. Id like to know their excuse for my situation or if they take responsibility for their lousy service.
