My husband and I lived here for a while (3 years ago) before moving out of state. The management was kind and prompt if we ever had an issue. The apartment grounds were kept up well, and the scenery outside our window was beautiful!As for the interior of the apartment we had, some of the fixtures & appliances needed replacing. Old stove (had multiple issues cooking with it) and the bathtub and toilet sometimes gave us issues as well. Another small problem we had being upstairs was when the neighbors used their fireplace, a light trickle of smoke would seep though the smaller bedroom, which scared me at first, but wasnt harmful. Other than that, I cant find much else to complain about!A note for parents--although the neighbors we had never gave us any problems and the apartment grounds felt safe, check to see if any sex-offenders live in the area first. When we were there (3 years ago), there were a few offenders living in some of the nearby apartments. They may not be living there anymore, but just a heads-up!Would recommend this place to a single person or young couple for a nice, short term place to live :)

Literally the only reason why I am giving this place 1 star is because of the lady that works in the office. Since day 1 she has been extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. She does not know how to talk with people whatsoever. I am forced to make this compalint out loud on Google because they dont even have a person you can to file a complaint. I am sure I am not the only tenant currently living there that is experiencing this issue. Other than the absolute lack of professionalism as well as her not knowing her job, the apartment is great.

Lived there 5 months, and in that 5 months we had lots of issues. Things we constantly breaking. On our last month living there the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak, and the maintenance man destroyed my bathroom, didnt care what if mine was damaged then left the mess on the floor, and I cleaned it up. The landlord is never there, always taking days off. On top of that she allows her personal life to make her choices in her business life. This is not a good place to live, my water heater was broken and even set on low the water was hot enough that my son got second degree burns. They only care about the money not about the people they are taking it from.
