Contacted Dylan yesterday about some water leaking in our home. He responded quickly and came out the very next day. He found some areas that needed some attention. He took care of everything right on the spot. This is the second time we have used Bison Roofing. We are very happy with their service.

I wanted to congratulate Dennis Garrett and the Bison Roofing on the wonderful job they did on our roof. The look of the finished product is great. Have been getting lots of complement from neighborhood folks. What we liked most was the honesty and support provided by Dennis in getting insurance covered and the friendly, competent and responsible team he provided in getting the job done... both Juan’s roofing guys as well as Carlos gutter installers. Work was cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. The quote was very reasonable and Dennis took the time to explain what was needed and why. I have no reservations about recommending Bison Roofing to anyone!

After contacting our insurance agent to get our roof repaired we were told we had to look for a roofing company on our own we decided to go through the better business bureau and found bison roofing we spoke with Ivan who talked us through the process and was great at answering all our questions it was a total of a two week process and the roof installation itself was rather quick no issues great job and reasonable price as well

Dennis Garrett was awesome! There are 2 things I really dont like dealing with and that is Contractors and insurance company. My roof was destroyed in the hail storm and my insurance company under estimated the cost by thousands. Dennis came in and helped me. He actually found a lot more damage than the insurance and I was able to get funds to repair everything. If Dennis had not been so helpful I would be in trouble. If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would. Never had repairs or constructions be so problem free as this. I HIGHLY recommend working with Bison and DENNIS GARRETT! He monitored the work and when it was done, he did a final work through to make sure I was pleased with the finish work.

What a disappointment!!! They didnt show up to repair my roof, even when scheduled. They didnt call me. They even lectured me when I complained.... and this was the main owner, Genaro Montelongo. My voice will inform everyone I know with loud warnings. BISON ROOFING IS DECEPTIVE & UNPROFESSIONAL

I had been having issues with my roof since hurricane Hanna and had 2 companies come out and unable to fix the issues. Hugo from Bison was able to resolve the issue within the same day. The pricing is pretty reasonable and completely worth it. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Bison roofing was very helpful in a timely manner to help with some roofing repairs, Hugo the man to help me out was very kind and thorough with his work and mannerisms thank you all very much for the great work.

The sales men Joe and Dillon were awesome and very knowledgeable. The installers were very good and worked steady. Manny, one of the owners came by and walked and inspected the roof with me when finished. He said he would come back in a week just to make sure it all laid down properly and sealed. Would highly recommend this company.

I called early in the afternoon and within a few hours they were there for an inspection and to give me a quote. They were nice enough to offer a temporary solution until a repair could be made. Hugo was the person who came to my house. Extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Bison Roofing.

Contracted company and gave 50% payment for a new roof that was suppose to take about 5 weeks. Payment made early in 2020 sometime in march, work started August 2020 work was completed March of 2021. The workmanship was so poor it made us concern of safety of our roof. Beware, read the whole contract, get every thing on paper even the nails that they will use. They try to skim use sub quality and subcontract to unreliable contractors after they take your money. Then they add unapproved cost to final invoice. Any concerns we can share our photos and videos on their poor workmanship

I actually am writing a review, not as a customer, but as someone who can attest to the type of people who run this company. I was at Costco struggling to load up an oversized playset for my children which I bought for a Christmas present. Multiple people passed by and I was too prideful to ask for help. A truck pulled up next to me marked with Bison roofing and a muscular man popped out eager to help me out after seeing me struggle. He was clearly experienced at loading up a truck and made what I was worried would not work actually possible. So nice to know there are friendly people out there and I can honestly say the character of this man was not something you see often these days. Seeing 5 star review after looking up the company does not surprise me at all. Thank you Genaro! I was actually about to bring all of the boxes back into the store because I thought it was a lost cause.

THESE GUYS WERE TO DO A JOB AT MY HOME FOR $22,000. THEY ASKED FOR HALF DOWN IN WHICH WAS PAID . THEY GAVE US A START DATE IN WHICH WAS POSTPONE DUE TO MATERIAL ISSUES ( SO WE WERE TOLD) THEN THE NEXT START DAY CAME AND WENT I CALLED THEM & WAS GIVEN ANOTHER REASON WHY THEY COULDNT MEET THAT DATE , TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT . WE TOLD THEM WE NO LONGER WERE HAPPY WITH THEM , WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK / THE SO CALL OWNER TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP 20% OF THE $22,000. , I HAVE NO GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THESE PEOPLE . I PERSONALLY FEEL THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US

Call them after hurricane Hannah left me with a small leak. Girls at the office were helpful and understanding . Dylan came in just in time after confirming the appt over the phone and asking if it was a good time. he check out the roof and he told us there was no damage to the roof just a small opening on the side. Felt great to know this company was not trying to make money out of me that Dylan was straight forward and so helpful. Bison has my business from now on and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

As a young homeowner in South Texas, I can tell you this company does not take you seriously. They don’t prioritize you unless you look like you have money. I was promised certain things that weren’t fulfilled. When I was told the job would be done by a certain date, the job was actually done about a month later due to “delays”. Delays are understandable but I had to be bugging the contractor to come by because the more I waited for the job to get done, the more water would leak in my garage. Zero communication until it came for payment time. Although the work was done well, it was done in an untimely manner. There is a lot of confusion as far as their “contracts.” I received 3 contracts with 3 different amounts each time asking for more money when the work on the contract stayed the same. Seems more than shady if you ask me. On top of that, I have their office calling me MONTHS later taking about a pending balance when I was assured by contractor Manny that I wouldn’t be seeing him anymore after I had given him all the money I received from my insurance company along with my deductible. Here we are months later taking about a “pending balance”. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend Bison and Roofing Company. I expected WAY more.

The owner called me to apologize and try to make things better after a mishap. He came to my home and right away told me what the problem was I was having. To make up for the wrongdoing he offered to fix my minimal issue for free as a courtesy. After all Bison Roofing came thru and fix the wrongdoing with good intentions. I believe and understand now that they are good people and professional and truly wanted to make things good from the beginning, I will change my originalthoughts and recommend them for any future services.

When I had a problems with my roof after hurricane hannah I was in search of a company to repair my roof I contacted a company who as it appears was not in need of customers, bison roofing on the other hand helped me out and sent someone out immediately joe granade who was upfront with me about everything the price was great it was less than expected and initially what was supposed to take weeks to get an appointment due to a high volume of customers, joe took only a few days to get the guys out here to repair my roof now with rain this weekend not a single leak thanks bison roofing keep up the great work.

We had a leak in our roof so I contacted a couple different roofing companies. Bison Roofing was the first one to come out and give me an estimate for the repair. They did a great job repairing the roof and were significantly cheaper than the other company I was considering.

After getting several quotes for my roof repair job, I knew Bison was my choice. They actually recommended a cheaper option than everyone else. This convinced me they were there to make sure I was taken care of and not just there to make money off me. Highly recommended!!

I have leaks on my new home that i have been reporting to Bison roofing for over a year and they sent out guys to finish fixing leaks and Gonzales Roofing (bison roofing subcontractor) than damaged my new gutters and caused $300 damage. Left many messages to secretary to have owner call me and he has avoided all my leaks and concerns. Owner has contacted me and decided to fix all the leaks and problems with roof finish. I will update job when they finish this week of 1/7.
