Exceptional customer service, my agent Melissa made sure I understood the process every step of the way. Did her best to get my the biggest refund she could and took care of everything for me. She has a great attitude and it shows she is passionate about what she does which is always a great plus. Would 10 out of 10 reccomend them and her. I love that this place was open on Sunday and when I found out the tax preparer was also the manager I knew I would have peace of mind through the whole refund process.

My experiencing is not the best. I do not recommend it. I hide my taxes with them I received my refunds but not my stimulus. I called the IRS and they gave me money that Liberty Tax Services in Alamo. TX had to make a Recovery Claim for them they do not want. What can I do to That they do the correct thing for a service that they already charged me.

It was excellent treatment and clear service I give it 5 stars
