Had an accident and tried to get my belongings back and the owner was very rude and disrespectful and did not allow me to get my personal things overall worse business ever .

My roadside assistance insurance representative recommended this company after 2 of my tires popped on me when I hit a pot hole, they arrived quickly and the staff was efficient and friendly. Insurance covered the tow so I did not receive a bill so Im not sure what the total cost was to get it towed from my house in the outskirts of Edinburg, TX to the dealership in Pharr, TX but I would recommend this company to my friends and I plan on using them again in case I ever need my car towed.

Just wanted to let anyone whose car might end up here know that not to leave your car here too long or else according to them it’s not important to you, and essentially gives them the right to take what they want from your car

This place is something else..my car was towed by the city and to get the car out was the biggest issue thanks to these peopleThe office is never open ..its like they rather have the car than the money..then while at their closed gates and after finally getting someone to answer they still had me waiting an hour because they claim they have an hour to help me
