We had the pleasure of partnering with Satellite on filming a Patient Testimonial for a past patient treated in one of our trials. This can be a very delicate and emotional process. Working with Satellite Films was a dream. The project that Satellite was hired to help with was the largest project to date that I worked on at the Museum. It was a two day shoot, four videos in total, during Covid-19s shelter in place, and they followed all the rules, working with an extremely stripped down team to abide by City + County guidelines. The project was turned around incredibly efficiently, with total professionalism. One of the videos was no longer needed, so I asked if we could substitute it with another type, and they were happily amenable to that change. I cant say enough good things about Satellite and Kuang. The film person and editor were also stellar as well.

Kuang and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with. Satellite Films provided quality videos for our project and it was great to have this team available to work in southern CA (since they have a socal location). Further, as we are in the midst of the pandemic, the crew took all safety precautions during the time onsite. Our nonprofit hired Satellite to create a few spots for us - some in English and some in Spanish. They did an amazing job! I have known Kuang Lee since 2016, when he was filming Customer testimonials in the realm of Scientific Instruments for the global science-serving company we were both working for at that time. What made Kuang distinctively special and outstanding, was his capability to design and direct the videography into the science-valued canvas with both the Customer being filmed and the interviewer asking the questions. I have worked with other producers, as well as without, that is trying to film and record Customer testimonials on my own and with other third party companies. Not only Kuang provides the technical expertise at the time of recording and post-production, but he also senses what is needed on the scientific component of the praise to be captured, and directs the process in real time to maximize the value of such Customer praise, down to the very technical and scientific details.
