Great Store with very knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. I went into this location to pay my bill and to see how much it would be for me to add a line to my account for my daughter. To my surprise, they let me know I was early upgrade eligible and they also payed off my current device and got me a new phone and I was also able to add my daughter to my account and get her a phone as well! The best part of all of it is that my bill only increased by $20! I am so glad I went into this location instead of going anywhere else. I am truly never going to any other location again. I would highly recommend making a stop here, you just might hit the jackpot like I did!

Went in a complete ball of nerves and frustration after having my cell stolen the night prior. Thieves managed to access both my Gmail and Yahoo accounts and, of course, changed my passwords to both. Didnt know if I would ever be able to reclaim those accounts. Luckily, it was here that I met Verizon rep Greg, who not only offered me a great replacement but then patiently assisted me to ensure I successfully reclaimed my Gmail and Yahoo accounts. As an added bonus, Greg livened my spirits by sharing a funny video of thieves getting glitter bombed.. thanks for reminding me how cathartic laughter can be while under stress, Greg. You were outstanding!

The less I say the better. Worst customer service in my life so much so I switched to ATT&T after being with Verizon for 5 years. Go to a real Verizon store or you will regret it.

I had been having problems with my iphone glitching, which it had done before. Because it was an older phone, I decided to upgrade instead of trying to figure the problem out. Not only did Rafael (at the Alameda Point Verizon store) help me with my phone, but he listened at length to my needs and then recommended a new phone for me. He was patient and kind, very knowledgeable and answered every question I threw at him. Ultimately, he spent almost 2 hours with me, syncing my iPad to my phone and making sure I was comfortable with a new operating system. He was awesome!

Dani was wonderful. We had our account blocked with a pending order that prevented us from upgrading but she stuck it through the 1.5+ hrs to get us the exact plan we needed as well as the patience to work with technical support and communicate the necessary pieces of information. I would highly suggest her to any of my friends to get assistance from Verizon. She also should deserve a raise, promotion or bonus for her efforts. All in all I was very pleased with the assistance

I walked into Cellular Sales in Alameda Landing and wow it was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a couple issues with my phone and they resolved with ease! They even helped me save money on my bill! I highly recommend this store.

I went into Alameda Landing Verizon to get a SIM card for my refurbished phone and even though I wasn’t making the biggest purchase that day Alex made me feel like a VIP. He helped me find the best screen protector for my phone and even applied it for me and helped me put on my case! He was super generous with his time and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Will definitely be going back.

Its impossible that any customers of had five star experiences at this Verizon store.The worst. This store will rip you off. This is a contract, non corporate store. Their only purpose in life is to make more money off of you. They are not satisfied selling you a phone or a tablet, they want you to spend much more than you have to spend.I bought a tablet here that the salesman marketed as new. when I got home and started using it I realized it was a reconditioned tablet. After at least 2 hours arguing with another salesman, a couple days later, the first salesman finally agreed that he had misrepresented the tablet.I dont understand why companies like Verizon, and every cell phone company does it, employees these dishonest contractors to sell their products.

Walked into Alameda Verizon store hoping to glance around and instead I walked away with a brand new phone. The Verizon team and atmosphere were beyond excellent, everyone was friendly and beyond helpful. I recommend this store to anyone who needs any help with anything! They are amazing and helpful!

Edgar, I tried to contact Verizon yesterday to tell them about the excellent service you provided yesterday for me, but not sure I got to the right site. I will write my review here. Can you see that this gets to your supervisor for me or send me his email address and I will contact him.I came into your store yesterday morning with my two iPADs. I was having problems with one of them constantly shutting down on me or not being able to open apps. The other iPAD used the thumbprint instead of password and I was unable to do anything that required a password. I had brought this device in about a year or more ago to address this and was told it couldn’t be fixed. You fixed the thumbprint issue right away. The other iPAD proved to be a little more difficult. We ended up deleted a ton of photos (most of them duplicates and photos I no longer needed or wanted, so no loss there). That added twice as much available storage, which solved the shutting down problem. Another problem I had was not being able to send photos from my iPAD to my email account. When I left the store we weren’t sure this had been fixed, but I had receive the photos by the time I got home, so well done there too. Not sure how the issues I had with my Android phone came up, but you checked and found I was available for an upgrade so I purchased a new iPhone. You transferred all my photos from my iPAD to my phone as it had 3 or 4 times the memory. All my contacts were transferred to new phone (I really like the bright red color). All my favorites got transferred, but not as favorites, but that’s an easy fix and I will be playing with the phone to get the rings tones, etc the way I like. I also purchased some accessories and am very happy with them. I know I mentioned the old phone charging cord and whether I should bring in. You said not to worry, so I gave to my husband who also has an Android, so all worked out well. I enjoyed talking with you and hope you will get to play with Ancestry.com. All in all it was an enjoyable 3 hours. Went home and very happy camper. Everything is working as it should. Thanks again for your help.Anne Honey Richmond

We had an amazing experience with Jessica at the Verizon store today -- maybe the best ever?! We walked in and were helped immediately. My boyfriend was looking to upgrade his phone, and Jessica went above and beyond to help us. She was knowledgable about the products and helped him to select the right phone for him. Then she helped to switch plans to find the most cost effective for him, and then supported switching over the memory between phones, which she continued to support us on even after we left the store. My mother purchased a phone on 19 August. The representative that assisted her was Aaron. Over the past few weeks I assisted my mother with her google account and settings on her phone. Well Aaron decided to give himself a 5 star review when he assisted my mother with her gmail account. Given my mother is not tech savvy he was able to do this without her knowledge. I showed the review to my mother and she clearly did not submit a 5 star review for this location or any other google reviews at all. I find Aarons conduct to be inappropriate and dishonest. I wonder if he enjoys giving himself 5 star reviews when he assists older customers without their knowledge. I welcome a response from management.

Paul and I were among a few people who didn’t have a smart phone as we did not have a need to get one. In addition to a cell phone, Paul always carried a tablet and I carried a smart phone for work. However, a month ago, our teenage son insisted that he needed a smart phone. We bought 3 smart phones online through Verizon. Paul and my son started using the phones as soon as the phones arrived while I was on a business trip to the east coast. After I got back, I was told that Verizon was not able to remotely transfer the information saved in the old phones to the new ones. Next day, we visited Cellular Sales (a Verizon authorized store) and met with Michael Morrison. Michael opened a box and took a while to find out the correct cable for Paul’s old phone and started the transferring of contacts, photos, etc. While waiting for the transfer to complete, Michael unboxed and set up my new phone. It took many trials to figure out the cable that worked on my old phone and a much longer time to complete the transfer because the phone was in a quite old version and I had a lot of contacts and other saved information. Together, Michael worked more than 2 hours to complete the job.Michael was friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and knowledgeable. He handled the work very professionally. We are completely satisfied with the result. The store is in a convenient location, and has a good atmosphere as well as chairs for customers. We felt welcome as soon as we got into the store. We are lucky to have such a store in Alameda and will definitely visit this store again when there is a need.

I was sent here from their San Jose location to be helped from an account manager by the name of Dani. Customer service is just as excellent as the other location -- if not better! Dani helped get me the phone my daughter wanted because they ran out in San Jose. She then set it up on the spot, applied my accessories then proceeded to instruct my daughter on how the phone the phone works and all the features she can utilize. If anything thats what I call going above and beyond with customer service.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had getting a new phone. I had to get three phones for my family, but there were none in the store and we were leaving for a trip in two days. Greg at the store called around, had them overnighted from Fresno, and texted to let me know the status along the way. I greatly appreciated his mellow style and great customer service. I spent a lot of time in this store with three or four kids each time and the whole team was great with us. I don’t write reviews. This may be my first. I unexpectedly had to renew my smart phone. Needless to say I was not in the best mood when I walked into the Alameda Landing Verizon store. As soon as LeeAnn met me at the door with a smile and firm handshake, I knew this might turn out OK. As I explained my situation (SURPRISE, I need a new phone!) she identified the best bundle that would meet my needs without breaking the bank. From helping me compare devices, through set up and payment, her customer service and professional demeanor were second to none. She made sure all of my questions were answered and my experience enjoyable.

Ive been a customer at VZ for over 15 yrs. I rarely interact with the store/support staff, but when my phone was frozen, I was in desperate need to get it fixed. We tried to reboot it several times but it was not working! At this point, I was worried and stressed because I was waiting on an important phone call from my daughters school. After consulting with him & customer service, I decided to get a new phone to prevent future problems......
