Had an appointment set with Bruce, which was made several days in advance. He gave us a 3 hr window and never showed up. We called and was told that one of their technicians was in an auto accident. We understand that accidents happens, but they could at least called us and told us that they were not gonna make it. Wife waited for 3 hrs. Bruce was supposed to call the next day and scheduled another appointment. I called to find out when this next appointment was gonna be scheduled. Was told Bruce was off this day and was gonna call us the following week🤦🏽‍♂️. I guess business must be good.
