They were the only shop in the area that agreed to simply just test a graphics card for me to make sure that it worked. Inspired business can tell that they enjoy what they do. Good conversation great service 10/10

Laptop went down. Took to the shop. Met with Vince who seems like a good guy. The shop is in disarray but Vince seems knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem as bad motherboard. I authorized a repair the day I brought it in. He said texting is the best way to communicate and seems reasonable because it was hit or miss with stopping by to see a locked door. After almost 4 weeks with no update I got a message saying they couldn’t get the part. This was after I had been told two weeks previously that the part had been ordered. Not a great experience. I picked up my laptop and am having it repaired somewhere else. Too bad as I like to support local businesses.

Would highly recommend. Super friendly, quick, and very helpful, walked in, they stopped to help and gave me a solution right away, also gave advice on how to save money on a replacement part. If we ever have issues again, well be sure to go back.

This business is beyond excellent across the board, i.e., efficient, honest and not charging enough for the calibre of work done. When all my email providers kicked me off (long story) Vince advised me and miraculously I was able to recover. More recently, my laptop stopped charging and he fixed the problem same day. I advise everyone to call, then take your device to Vince. Perhaps not perfect, but comes pretty close!

I am so impressed with how respectful, reasonable, and passionate these guys are. I am so happy that I stumbled across this location. I am the type of consumer that needs excellent, genuine, and caring customer service. I also need the people working there to be knowledgeable on the subject at hand. Just took my dead, non-charging Chromebook to Vince at Computer Pros - he checked the battery which seemed ok and told me it was probably my charger. Didnt charge me - I will be taking all of my computer woes to Vince going forward!

Bring my laptop and ask to replace the charging port (It was difficult to insert the charging cable, and when it was inserted-short, no light on the charging device). They sad the mother board need to be replaced also. And the first thing they ask is to fill a form. They didnt have the charging port in stock. They seem not to be interested to replace the charging port as it it cheap. So I ordered the charging port on ebay and replaced it myself. 15 mins. Everything works ! Please keep in mind they want to do expansive repair. not professional from my point of view.

Computer Pros is a good name for these guys --- they are really Pros! Vince and his staff are fantastic; really know their stuff. Aside from being unbelievably competent, everybody there is really a nice person, never arrogant and they all make it a point to help you understand your problem. AS GOOD AS NEWThese guys rock. After beating up my laptop for two plus years I finally destroyed the touchscreen and LCD. They had parts in stock and got it in better shape than before the final break. They tightened up the screws in the whole case and swapped an entire flip-up screen piece from their stock. Their prices seem good but their service and communication is beyond any computer repair Ive ever worked with! Thanks so much, Im recommending anyone I know to these guys.

Vince is extremely knowledgeable about anything computer related. I took my laptop to him after being referred by a friend. My computer wouldnt do a thing and I my dvd drive was inoperable but Vince had it up and running on the same day. My computer works faster than ever and I couldnt be happier. Really awesome customer service. They repaired my gaming PC at a very reasonable price. Took in my four year old iPhone 5s when it was broken and they repaired some of its software issues, only to find that it wouldn’t turn back on a couple days later. They weren’t able to fix it once I returned it, since the motherboard was initially damaged, and they offered a full refund.

Vince recently came to my rescue. My husband is suffering from cancer, which makes my desk top computer an essential tool in terms of scheduling doctors appointments and communicating with friends and family. I had been experiencing problems, but could see no time I could bring the computer in and leave it at Computer Pros. So Vince came to me, ran some diagnostic tests in my home, took my tower back to his workplace, and had it back to me later that day. Ran some more tests, made one more adjustment, and it is running great now, especially for a Windows 7, six year old model. He is also putting together a quote for me regarding building a custom desktop. The price estimate sounds pretty competitive. So a big thanks to Vince for his great customer service!!!

Brought my desktop in for a Free diagnosis. Got a phone call a couple days later saying they fixed it. It will be 240$ for me to pick up. Of course I didnt agree to be charged for something like that I dont even give the okay to continue. Then I was told They can roll it back to its original state and not charge me Really??After finally speaking with the manager or owner. They dropped the charge to 60$....Only to get it home with the same issue. Intermittent, random shut downs and low CPU voltage. Theyre diagnosis It was firmware that was fixed....Well after a day on my tablet and searching YouTube and Google troubleshooting. I diagnosed it my self. It was a bad PSU, Power supply. Something so simple. How could a Pro overlook that? Thats my experience....
