Did not show up on the time that was scheduled. Appt time is between 3-5pm. They did not call us until after I called…30 minutes after the scheduled time.Person arrived after 7pm. He was not on a company car. The service person was texting for 45 minutes in my house before he actually started working.He used our bathroom and kitchen sink water to fill up his water tank. We had to clean the area after he left to disinfect it.Then at 8:45pm he said he will return the following day because he couldn’t finish the job in a timely manner.The following day, again he did not show up on the agreed time. I had to call again to have him call us for ETA. He finally arrived, cleaned the carpet….but left a mess on the hallway wood floor. He tried to wipe it dry. We cleaned up after he left. We just wanted him out.

Amazing service!! Wilson and his partner were very professional & friendly. Our dog peed on the couch and they knew exactly what to do. Def. recommend and will use again!!
