Joe is an excellent mechanic! You are in good hands with him. The only objection I have is the work can never be done same day, even with an appointment; thus causing even more expense with a rental car that carries over usually into 2 days. Aside from that..5 stars and I still give 5 stars for excellent work and trustworthiness! Im sticking with Joe Fink☺

1st experience with Finks Automotive. The guys were thorough in what needed to be done. I have an 2006 Jeep Wrangler LJ which had timing problems. The guys have done a great job here it seems.

I bought a new/ used cpo car and took it to Finks for a pre purchase inspection to get it checked over. Joe and the whole staff were great. Joe found that the rear shocks just started leaking and Im glad I had it looked at. Im still under warranty and Im taking it back to Nissan to get them replaced. I highly recommend anyone buying a used car to have Joe check it over. He even got me under the estimate which is always a good surprise! Ill definitely be coming back for normal car maintenance.

If you guys are on Google trying to search for an auto repair shop, I advise you to save your time and just go to Finks...Ive been going to them for all my auto repairs/maintenance since my first visit. Whenever I picked up my car from the shop, I knew I would have one less thing to worry about in my life. These guys seriously take pride in their work...If there is something they are not able to help with (which is rare), they will be honest about it and direct you to another shop to get the work done. This just happened to me this week!In summary, Finks is an all around professional and Im glad to have them in my neighborhood...

After the repair he showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it, and never said a bad thing about the other shop. I was impressed by his capability as well as his integrity in not talking smack about the other shop. Good guy.If my truck needs wrenching that I can’t do myself, I take it to Fink’s. End of story.

Googled Finks and they had great reviews, plus was close by so I could limp in with my car. All I can say is that I can barely tell my car is running the engine is so quiet it purrs. Not bad for a 14 year old car. I felt fairly treated and the price was reasonable. Permanently have my business and Ive already boasted to my coworkers. Fink’s was recommended by a friend who had great interactions prior. It is my duty to recommend Finks here because they didn’t let down, are trustworthy, knowledgeable and have fast turn arounds. I had my Subaru WRX timing and drive belts replaced in less than a 24 hour turn around and the car is running in top condition.

First time customer at Finks; I am glad I took my car there for an A/C evaluation and system coolant recharge. Guy is an honest mechanic plus also a helpful person. Joe was really awesome and communicating the problem with the vehicle as well as communication through the whole process. He was able to confirm and show me what was wrong with my Prius and then immediately schedule an appointment. Not to his fault, the Toyota dealer did not ship our part. Joe was kind enough to accommodate me and keep me updated to when he received the item as well as schedule me as soon as possible. Hes a one man show and puts lots of care into his craft.
