Once a month Michaans holds its wonderful two day auction. Its held the first Tuesday and Wednesday after the first Sunday of the month. Schedule is on their website. You can buy bargains galore here, from jewellery to vintage clothes. Anything but Real Estate or livestock! The auction is fast paced,travelling across the warehouse starting at 9 AM and finishing about 5 PM. Bring a lunch, eat at the food truck that shows up about noon, or eat at one of the great restaurants on Monarch street while enjoying a fantastic view of San Francisco. Its a family friendly atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
