2007 Mazda 3. Had the brakes serviced, the front and rear suspension replaced, steering aligned, and an oil change since it was up on the lift anyway.The prices were reasonable, the quality of the work was excellent and the representatives communicated clearly and with integrity from beginning to end.They have earned my repeat business!

This is the former Big O tires company that use to be on Park. Same great professional service. Same friendly staff. Same reasonable prices. Bigger location.There are a few businesses in my life that justify my lifelong support and this is one of them. There might be a short wait but thats only because it is no secret this is the best option for tires in town and they know what it takes to stay in business.

It is easy to call and make an appointment. The person who received the call is very receptive to my service need. Upon arrival on your set appointment just wait until the person ahead of you is done and properly attended which guaranteed you will receive the same courtesy. Big Discount Tire Pros is now my exclusive Tire shop. I used to go to big box stores for tires because of what I perceived as value for lower priced tires. But they dont provide services that extend the life of my tires, for instance, alignment. But at this point in my life, I need full service and fast efficient service. That is why I like Tire Pros. With the professional support that they provide, my tires last longer (saves money)! And you get everything at one appointment (saves time)! And the staff is very knowledgeable and very nice which is the gravy on the biscuit for me!

Ive been giving my trucks to Gary for maybe 20 years now..he hires good service managers with good follow through.. the last time Guido called me the next day to see if all was good with the brake adjustment I had done. Tire Pros has always taken good care of my car, but recently I was there, not long after having foot surgery. They were particularly quick, but thorough, with my car so I wouldnt need to sit around too long because I was unable to walk somewhere for a snack while waiting for the necessary work to be done. Big Discount Tire Pros has helped us with tires and service with 4 different cars since 1998, since they were on Park Street. Great service and prices from a locally-owned shop. Very accommodating and they run a sustainable shop. We just purchased 4 new tires for our 2007 Prius for a road trip to Oregon: they exceeded our expectations over 1300 miles and *greatly* improved our Prius handling and emergency-maneuvering capabilities.

They were busy but made time to help me. Service was fast and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mike ML and Im thankful for that. Good prices and outstanding deals on service.

Great service at a very fair price is generally what I receive at Big Discount Tire. I especially appreciate the help from some great sales associates like Mike.

Went in for an alignment. After the work was completed, the car still did not drive straight. Came back to have it corrected, was told it was the tires, so I bought new tires and a thousand dollars later, the car still drives crooked. They offered to fix it, but after two more tries, it still wasnt straight. I was about to give up, but took it elsewhere to get a second and third opinion. Both competitors showed me that all four wheels were off. I went with the competitor and the car drives perfectly now. I dont know what happened, but the bottom-line is; I paid for an alignment and these guys were never able to correct it. The only positive note is that the sales team seemed to be receptive, though ultimately that did not result in the desired outcome.

8/26/2021 at 11:46 am salesman .BD i Need replace my rear brakes they recommend me replacing disc and brakes I know I didn’t need disc the car only has 55 thousand miles so he told find somewhere else to do only brakes he want do the right way disc and breaks together price $670 something after a hour of waiting he said he made a mistake thinking my car was a 2004 when he clear see car 2015 push button start,, he say I didn’t not need new disc but early said that if I do brakes on he’s shop discount the $85 dollars from the inspection brakes and he can’t do it no more because no new disc hi price for replace breaks 353.21so question why u guys try sale or replace parts we don’t need this is fraud is no good for your business believe me if I need contacts consumir right I will stop abuse people don’t know about car at all please thank you for reading this

This is my second time using their service and it was a disaster compared to first (couple years ago).I had a nail in my tire, which they removed and repaired the tire, but they made more damage than help:1. After their intervention the repaired tire had two big bubbles on the side which of course is unrepairable and is dangerous. Even they acknowledged the bubbles were not there when I left the car.Basicly had to buy new tire and in my case I had to replace all tires since its 4x4. 🤦‍♂️2. While re-mounting the tire they apparently bent a protective plate behind the brake disk which was scraping the disk 🤦‍♂️3. They way over-inflated (+10psi) all my tires which just shows they are sloppy and/or have no clue what theyre doing. 🤦‍♂️Needless to say I will not be their customer anymore, plenty of better services nearby.

If i can give them 0 stars i will do it. we made an appointment 11:30 for just oil change. they told me it only takes about an hour. after an hour and half we came back here because they never call back. when we came back they didn’t start yet!!! what they told me is we have many cars bla bla it was busy (whatever). They never know what is appointment means. I am also busy too not just you. thats why we made an appointment. Never gonna come back.

I fix my vehicles myself whenever possible, but this time it was the AC and I just dont have the tools. My friend recommended this place, after using their services for 20+ years and being friends with the manager for even longer. I took up on his recommendation and I was not disappointed. The place is very clean, staff is courteous and professional. They were upfront with what its gonna cost, and did a great job. My 20y old truck has ice-cold AC again, just like it was straight outta factory. If I ever need help with something I cant do at home, Ill definitely be coming back there.

Went in with no appointment for tire pressure in my Ram 2500 because I couldn’t get the gas station air pressure to work for me. Took me right in, got me help immediately. Helped by William and he took great care of me.

Got a new set of tires there and an oil change, in the process they discovered some play on my hubs and were up front with the cost of fixing vs the cost of letting them go a while, so being low on time and cash I was able to put this repair off and didn’t feel pressured into purchasing.

Came in for a tire repair, a slow air leak. I had no appointment. Was promised for an hour worth of work. 50 minutes passed and my vehicle still did not move. I have to flag the guy who promised, and then he starts the work request. This guy also gave me misinformation about tire wear, that I dont need to rotate my tires because I need my good thread tires on the back. Cmon guy my vehicle is all wheel drive, its expected fronts will wear faster so to balance the thread I got to rotate em. Upon leaving the place, noticed they didnt even balance the tire pressure, 3 tires 38 psi and repaired tire 34 psi. Not coming back here anymore!!!!

This is my second time getting a tire fixed at this location. The first time I didnt have an appointment, brought my car in when I found a nail in my tire. The whole experience lasted three hours, all with no communication from the staff, except for one of the staff coming in to the waiting room to rudely tell me to keep my kids quiet (they were making a normal amount of kid noise, honestly I was impressed at their behavior after waiting for three hours). This time I made sure to book an appointment beforehand, I was assured on the phone the appointment would only last 45 minutes to an hour. I showed up 10 minutes early with my 3 kids and enough activities to last the hour. After 45 minutes they moved me to the waiting room that was closed because of Covid. They pulled my car back an hour and 20 minutes after I arrived. After two and a half hours of waiting, they called me up to tell me the tire I came in to have patched was not fixable and told me I had to buy a new tire, which of course turned into two tires, because you shouldnt replace one tire at a time. I feel like they purposefully put me into a stressful situation, elongating my wait with no communication, in order to sell me high priced low grade tires. It shouldnt take an hour and a half of work to determine a tire is unfixable, and quite frankly I am upset for being charged for that time. Utterly insane. I will not be bringing my business back and will spread the word about the poor customer service.

Great honest services. The space is huge. They can align a truck with a 12” lift easily. It’s clean and functional. Honestly, I would recommend this place over any Big O Tires. I have been to many Big O Tires and auto shops and this one has been a bit better. One last thing, great deals.

If you live in the East Bay, I recommend you consider coming here first for your tires. There is a nice cafe (The Beanery) a couple of blocks away that you can go to while youre waiting for your new tires to be installed.

Huge place and a great location near park st. Ive been to many tire stores in my life and no one was more helpful and informative than Brianna (the girl knows tires). I was able to walk in and have my tire repaired on less than 2 hours. My kids and i could have stayed and had hot chocolate and coffee and watch Netflix and they even offered us a ride home but we opted to go out to breakfast which the park st restaurants were within walking distance.

This place is a joke they up sold my mother on a set of tires for her Subaru. She needed m+s tires for winter in tahoe they sold her snow tires at over $1200.00 . They up sold her . She believed them cause shes old school and trusting in what was told to her never telling her that all she needed was a mud and snown tire.

Initially came here to try and get my flat fixed; however, where the nail was on the tires sidewall, it was unrepairable and had to be replaced. Since I was already paying $160 for the 4 wheel alignment and tire patch, I asked Mike L, the service advisor, to crunch me numbers for 4 tires and the alignment. His first numbers were in the 6s and I told him that was a little steep. He asked me what my budget was and I haggled that if he could get in the low/mid 5s, itd be doable and not totally kill my back account. After a few minutes, Mike was able to get me in the mid 5s, 4 new tires w/warranty and the alignment. Kudos to Mike and the crew at Big Discount Tire Pros. Will definitely be back for more services!!!

Very honest! Didnt even charge me at all! I went in thinking I needed to buy a new battery and have it installed because thats what Pop, Lock and whoever they called themselves said... But here they tested it, and said it was perfectly fine and I didnt need a new battery at all. They didnt even charge me for the test or anything and they did it so fast my boyfriend didnt even complain I was late to go see him. Plus they took me without an appointment.

Good customer service

For a place where everyone has a mic, they’re ironically really bad at communicating. Was persuaded to wait and told that a tire patch would take 5 minutes. Over half an hour later and I’m still waiting. Nobody knows what’s going on. All my questions are met with questions from the staff: “where’s my sales order?”, who’s got my paperwork?” Awful service......one year later, same old story: did the price agreed include alignment? I was told yes As I agreed the price on the phone and (foolishly) paid upfront, the staff said no. Pick up by 3. 3:30 to be absolutely sure. Was the car ready when I arrived at 4? No...same old same old.

Great customer service and they do know their customers. Tires can pricey and warranties are very limited. Costco warranties offer complete tire replacement. I come here because of the service but I think Ill get my tires from Costco and come here for all else.

Today my car showed me a problem with my tire and the low antifreeze. I checked in Google for a place to repair it and found this place. I was surprised by the good service.José checked the 4 tires and put antifreeze on my car and they did not charge me anything. I definitely recommend this place and will return.
