I took my phone in about 20 minutes before closing time this past Sunday evening. The young man on duty quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to replace the screen right then. Problem-Solved Shattered Screen. My phone is one of my crucial work tools. My provider did not offer a timely solution, only a website for me to go fill out and submit a repair claim or spend $1,000-+ to replace my 7+ phone. The California/China manufacture said my extended coverage had expired and offered a 3-to-5 day mail-in repair or go to a A-store and drop off for a possible 24-hour repair. She did offer to make an appointment. I turned to my local Batteries Plus Bulbs store and an Hour and Fifteen Minutes later, My phone is Repaired, and Im back at work... Thank You!!! Not to mention the cost was 50% + LESS than the other two options. The service was also excellent...

I dropped my phone and messed up the screen on a Friday night at 6:00pm. I was able to schedule a repair appointment online that night. Parts, including a new screen and battery were in stock. 30 minutes later my phone was better than new at a reasonable price. Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. A++++++

Courteous staff. Replaced the screen but phone did not work properly after screen was repaired. Had several black spots on screen. Paid full price for repair.

My review is the Alabaster Batteries + Bulbs store. I felt the young man who made the repair was very curtious but the Alabaster office is understaffed. I had an 11:00 appointment to replace a broken screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. I was told to allow an hour and a half. I left to kill time and returned at 12:30 to find he was unable to make the repair because I had a white screen and he only had black available. I don’t hold him responsible. Whomever is in charge of keeping supplies ordered needs to check the stock. Several customers came in while I waited for the screen to be replaced with the black, since white was unavailable, and the young man waited on them. I paid 139 plus 50 for additional protection. No small amount in my opinion. If the 10% discount was given as an apology for my inconvenience, I thank you.

The representative was great fixed my cracked screen just fine. However I am not jazzed about the quality of the screen seems different from original. I’m not sure if it’s the IPhone 8 but I Have had previous iPhones screens repaired in the past, different location but never noticed a difference in screen quality. The lighting is different, the touch response feels different. It’s all working but it seems like a cheaper version if that’s a thing. I almost wished I jut kept the cracked screen.
