Had my oil changed in my truck at Diesel Unlimited recently and I will definitely be going there from here on out. Adam and Melissa were both awesome. I was also given a quote for some other work I need done on my dodge and they beat 3 other local quotes.

Dishonest people that will bill you for work not performed. Interestingly enough, the majority of 5 star reviews are written by people that have only posted a handful of reviews. This shop is known around Bham as a place to avoid, don’t take my word for it, ask around.

Adam and his staff are awesome. Adam is always fair and honest regarding your car or truck and price. One of the best shops if not the best I have been too. This is my second dealing with the shop and they have 20 stars if I could do it.

Work was done quickly and well. Super nice people from the owner to the mechanics and the office manager. Also, worked with us on our payments.

Installed egr delete, so far its ok other than how they routed some hoses against sharp edges. Installed sb intake, almost all screws and clamps loose. Purchased and installed sct x4 tuner, engine tunes are way too aggressive for what we discussed, transmission tune is a complete fail, stock sct tunes are non existent, tuner and custom tunes I paid $1200 for are completely useless. Decide for yourself, but I wont be back. Not a fan of throwing my hard earned money away. I spoke to Adam about sct tune issues, he never handled it. Went back with my HS mini max with zero issues, so 100% tuner/tunes issues. Call Carl at redline diesel performance in Jacksonville Florida, 100% worth drive/time.

I called them to get an estimate on some work I needed done on my truck. The person couldnt come up with a price. She said she would have Adam call me back but he never did. This happened twice.

Adam and his crew took my 2008 F 250 and made it a new truck. Cracked exhaust to the turbo and a bad EGR delete by the previous owner had my work truck limping. They had it back in 2 days (cab off engine work) and got me a fair price on the final ticket. They were recommended by 3 friends and I will be back for all my future repairs and service needs

Had my company truck stolen from here a few years ago. Some how the thieves had the key I gave to the woman in the office. They also knew exactly which truck the key went to when they took off with it. Now I hear it has happened yet again. Sounds like dirty business.

Not sure why people give them any good review! my experience there was horrible! I took my truck there try to find out what cause it to lost power when i am driving and they insist that they knew what went wrong and they charged me around $1200 to fix it , after they fixed the problem still there. Anyway, i end up paying close to $5000 to repair my truck after their several guess! I sold my truck for $6000 right after i fixed it and get a new truck instead cause i dont want to let people like them take advantage of me again!

Best service anywhere, owner is honest, fair, and personal.

The owners Son stole 2 customers’ truck and literally totaled them both out and he will not do anything to even begin to pay for the damages done to the trucks that his son caused, for this I wouldn’t do business with him and I do feel compelled to write a bad review, because I couldn’t imagine what I would do if it was my Duramax let alone one of the guys’ Cummins that actually was stolen.
