I knew I shouldn’t have but I did, I took my daughter there for a haircut this was her first real hair cut. I called before I got there to see if they were good with kids and curly hair the lady was rude and said everyone was equally talented. Well we get there the lady that cut her hair was nice the other lady’s did not look professional and they were rude. I explained the haircut, shoulder length and a little shorter in the back... it ended up being way to short and everything was the same length. Horrible now her hair is to short to try to fix it and I can not get it to look right!!

They were incredibly friendly and helpful. they were good for conversation and easy to get along with ontop of a giving me a great haircut!

Amanda is amazing. She services my whole family and many friends hair. I enjoy her spunky positive personality and her professional skills. She is wonderful.

Normally great place but we were charged incorrectly a charge that by my math was $70 ended up being 130 after asking to correct the issue it has been 3 days no refund but it was ran again without verifying that the refund was posted. Most of the time no problem but after this we will not return I noticed after which makes me wonder how many times this has happened and I have not noticed it. My wife was charged for a style that she didn’t agree to either, so listen and pay attention accidents happen but to not verify and run someone for a mistake that was made on there in last time we will go there

We went to get my fiancé’s hair cut today. As soon as we tried to walk in, the man at the desk pointed at the door for us to get out. After we stepped back outside, he came out and told us all the things they weren’t doing (understandable because of the virus). He then wrote my fiancé’s name down and said it would be 15-30 at the most, and they would give us a call when they were ready. He gets a call about 10 minutes later saying that they couldn’t cut his hair today, with no explanation. We went back to the door to try and set an appointment for tomorrow. He comes out, only sticking half his body out of the door, not even speaking to us like we are customers. I ask if we can make an appointment for in the morning. He says they don’t make appointments, it’s only walk ins. Okay, my fiancé called after work, they said they could get him in, we go to the door, they say they can get him, but now they can’t? No walk in, no appointment. I then ask why his name got scratched off if there was plenty of time to cut it, his response “because it did”! I will NEVER recommend a place that doesn’t know how to treat their customers, or even act like they are human! I understand that any business has the right to refuse, but why not refuse us as soon as we walked up the first time? Or refuse us on the phone? Crazy how he can be a rude, condescending hair dresser with hardly any hair 🤣🤣

They are usually really good with my hair cut. I have crazy frizzy hair so for me to leave a salon happy is a big deal. I have only had 1 bad experience in the last 3 years at this place.

Amanda cut my hair and added layers and another girl did my highlights flawlessly. I wont get my hair done anywhere else now and neither will my fiance

This was the 4th day in a row that Ive gone in for a cut. Each time, Ive been told there was over a 2 hour wait. There have been no more than 2 people waiting each time. Also, each time Im told theres a wait, there has been at least 2 stylist sitting in their chair on their phone with only 1 person cutting. I was told that there was 8 people ahead of me that checked in online and that 2 were running late. If their body is not there, I shouldnt have to wait. You guys are either slow or you dont want to work.

Had two terrible experiences. I have thick black hair. So mistakes are noticeable. First time, I asked for three inches off and lots of layers. The lady hardly cut my hair, cause my hair was still at my waist. My hair was slightly lop sided, and she have me just 2 layers. Hated it.Second experience, it was another woman, and I asked to have my dead ends trimmed, gets lots of layers, and get bangs. I had a photoshoot in three days. The lady cut my hair so uneven, layers were choppy and very badly done. But the worst part, the bangs!!! She did them as short as Audrey Hepburn. I mean, shes beautiful, but I asked to have them to my eye brows! They were also a bit lop sided! She apologized but the damage was done. I asked how long she cut hair and she said 5 months. I was furious to have someone unprofessional cutting my hair!!! Went home and had my mother help me try to fix what I could. Not worth the money.

Good establishment. Experience of stylists varies, so find a favorite and ask for them directly.Privacy concerns. The good: Allows reservations, which is nice. The bad: Company insists on tracking you by name even if you dont want to be.

AJ did an excellent job cutting my hair today and gave me exactly what I asked for. I showed her a picture of a pixie cut I liked from Pinterest and she used it as a guide, but also made sure to ask detailed questions before she cut so shed know inwas ok with everything. I also was impressed with their childrens area, with books, crayons and dum dums. I had to bring my 3 year old and infant with me and this was appreciated and helped my little kid feel at home. I will definitely be back.

I like it its a nice business and they give free lollipops to any age customer, its great.

By far the worst haircut I’ve ever received. How does someone f-up a buzz cut. One small portion ,at least what I can see, of my hair was at least 1/2 - 3/4” longer than the surrounding hair and was actually laying over on top of the cut hair. Not to mention she was very rough and stabbed me repeatedly on top of my head, my neck and even inside my ear with the clippers guard pretty hard. I had her check it twice for single long hairs that she may have missed with the clippers and she confirmed that she got it all. I will never go back and will need to get another haircut in a week somewhere else to correct this abomination. And I paid $15 for this terrible buzz cut. I could have done better myself with my dog clippers.

I was there for 30 minutes and there was a lady that said she couldn’t do my hair because she leaving at 6 and a little girl came in and they did her before that got to me and i believe they should have done my hair before they done her hair. I highly suggest you don’t go here to get your hair done.
