They performed repair work on my ‘21 Outback. They took it to the Subaru dealership to have the remaining work done that they weren’t able to complete in-house. Excellent customer service, very professional body shop. I highly recommend them.

I would like to start by saying the work on our car was good. But the actual experience was AWFUL.We made an appointment to get a dent from tornado damage fixed on our car. When we made the appointment the gave us a date a month ahead of time because of how busy they were. So we waited the month, understanding a lot of places are backed up, thats fine. We were told it would take 2 weeks to fix. Inconvenient because we have 3 kids and only having one car is hard but we understood.We dropped off our car on the date, they gave no indication that anything would be beyond what they had told us. And i believe confirmed the 2 week time period. We called at 2 weeks because we hadnt heard anything and they informed us that it would be another 2 weeks because they had not started on our car. (if they were that behind they should have not let us drop off our car. Its angering to know that for 2 weeks we didnt have a car and could have.) But we could not have it back because they had disassembled it. So we said fine to another 2 weeks.2 weeks go by, we called to see how it was going, were told on a Thursday that all they had to do the next day was put on our windshield and clean the car. Then the next day we were called and told that they did not have the correct windshield for our car so they couldnt finish it until Monday hopefully. - So they had our car for a MONTH and didnt even check that they had the right parts?-Finally, on Monday we called again, they said they were cleaning it and should have it done by the end of the day. We told them that we would be picking it up at the end of the day since it didnt take that long to clean our car and we absolutely needed it back. That we would see them at 5:30.When we picked it up and paid for it they thanked us for our patience but that was all in acknowledgement of how drawn out and ridiculous this process was. They honestly didnt seem to care that they had someones actual transportation for over double the time they said they would.Like I said the work is good, but the customer experience leaves something to be desired. Especially considering that we made an appointment a month ahead of time, this was not a car that we just dropped off and they had to try to fit in.

Professional Paint and Body genuinely cares about you and your car. I would highly recommend them and believe they are the best body shop in Alabama. They also have a lifetime warranty (for however long you own the car) where they will fix anything they did for you although I didnt need to use it because they did a really good job. They also cleaned my engine bay as a bonus :).

I never write reviews, but I want to save someone else a lot of trouble! If I want to have all promised work completed on my van I will need to bring it back for a THIRD time. They completed work on the front end, replaced the door lock and were supposed to polish out the wheels. The front end work and lock replacement seemed good and was completed ahead of the quoted time I was given. The wheels weren’t polished as promised, because they “forgot”. I was told to bring it back another day for that and they’d take care of it while I waited. A day after pickup I realized the keyless entry wasn’t working on the door where they replaced the lock. I brought it back and they fixed that while I waited. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, but I was told the technician didn’t completely connect those wires when the lock was replaced. They couldn’t get to the wheels while I was there and I was told to drop it off for a half day so they could polish the wheels (which seems crazy to me because they said it only took them a few minutes to polish out scratches). So, I need to make 3 separate visits (2 of those visits require dropping off my vehicle) for them to complete less than $2k worth of work? Honestly, this is TERRIBLE customer service.

Extremely Professional - on time & under budget. Drove up without an appointment & they had someone on the estimate immediately. I received the estimate within a few hours, scheduled the repair and dropped the vehicle off on the scheduled day. It was ready on time & under the initial estimate i received. The car was cleaned inside & out before I picked it up. This is the only paint & body shop I would use.

This was the second repair job weve sent to Professional Paint & Body. They did an excellent job on the first car and did just as well on the second car we sent them. When we picked up our car it had been detail very nicely. Were very satisfied with their work.

Everyone was great to work with. As one who has worked as a technician at all levels on numerous types of vehicles one thing I notice that correlates to a good repair shop is just the simple housekeeping. Office very nice and in order and the parts of the shops that I saw were really nice, orderly and clean. Well, except where just doing some body work which is to be expected. And well lit work areas! Which is very important for a body shop. And you can tell a lot about the guys in the shop on how organized their work areas and toolboxes are kept.But the finished product is the final measuring stick. After a smash and grab, State Farm worked with Professional Paint and Body seamlessly from start to finish. The employees are all very friendly and helpful.From the replacement of the window, to repairing and repainting the door and blending to match the rest of the vehicle as well as replacing the damaged panels in the vehicle, they gave detailed explanations and estimates. All of the work high-quality and professionally done. You can’t tell there was any damage at all.If you are using State Farm, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Incredible staff, very professional. Our van was repaired here due to an accident and the service here was top notch. Kellie Aldredge is the BEST! Even with her arm in a sling, she went above and beyond. When we picked our car up, it was immaculate both inside and out. They really pay attention to detail and it shows. Imagine how we felt when we picked up our car (which carries around our 3 small children) and they had vacuumed and cleaned out the inside as well. Those little touches are what sets them apart from the others. And even when it was all said and done we had the convenience of leaving our rental car there at the shop. Just WOW! Hands down... This is the third time I have had repair work done at Professional, and they are incredibly easy to work with. Kellie has helped with our vehicles the last two times. She genuinely cares about her customers, and it always shows. I have never been fortunate enough to meet the individuals performing the body work, but the outcome has always been amazing! By look or driving, you can’t tell work has been done to the vehicle. Our vehicle has been returned earlier than expected each time. I appreciate them!

Used OEM parts (when they could) and car looks and drives like before the accident. Also, there was an issue with one of the running lights they replaced and so I brought it back and had the car back to me next day. Not only do they do great work but they care about the customer and the place was so clean and professional, unlike most other body shops. So glad these guys are in my neck of the woods but would drive hours for them to work on my cars. You cant substitute good quality work and excellent customer service!

These folks are awesome, they fixed my Rogue after an accident and made my car look like new. The were very efficient with their estimate and worked to get my car back to me fast and complete.
