We had new carpet installed in the upstairs of our Cape style home. Even though it is a sizable room we were able to find good quality carpet and upgrade the padding and still be within our budget! Danielle at the Akron store was incredibly helpful with measuring, selection, pricing and scheduling. Chuck and his crew had their work cut out for them once they pulled the old carpet and realized the old padding was like cement stuck to the wood floor, but they got the job done. The new carpet is beautiful and they did absolutely NO DAMAGE to our freshly painted walls and baseboards. Thank you to all involved for a great experience! We will definitely be back as we renovate room by room.

Sales person kept insisting that we were just looking, when we were actually ready to buy. It was as if they didn’t want to take my money! I had to ask him multiple times if he would assist and point me in the right direction. Whereas, the young man could sense our frustration and got up and tried to help us, offering suggestions until the other sales person shut him down. He was extremely unhelpful, as if we were disrupting their Saturday even though there were no other customers in the store!

I walked into the store today and was treated as if I was invisible. I was looking for flooring for my church basement. What bothers me the most, no greeting or someone will be with you in a minute. Yes, one of the customer The service representative was assisting another customer, but here is the kicker as I was leaving the store, another woman of a different race walked into the store. The representative stops for a brief moment to tell her, “I will be with you in a moment.” Unacceptable! I left offend because I walked around this store without being any acknowledgment.

My husband and I went to Floorz today. We have never been there before. But we have been seeing alot of advertising on social media. What a fabulous experience. Was greeted by Laura and Jessica . Laura assisted us. Her knowledge of ALL their products was unbelievable. She answered all of our questions. There was nothing that she didnt know. Made the process of selecting our floor simple and easy. We will definitely be back! Do not under estimate these ladies and their knowledge!

I was greeted with enthusiasm and Jessica listened closely to what I needed and was looking for and gave me many options to choose from. She is relatively new, but still very knowledgeable and helpful. She expedited my measurements so that we could get our order placed a few days sooner.When I made the purchase they were ridiculously busy, but Jessica and her co-worker Brandi worked together to meet all of our questions and finalize my sale in a timely manner.Pedro and Jonathon were our installers. They were very experienced and were able to explain things to us and ask us questions about our preferences; for example Hollywood or Waterfall style on our steps. If we install more carpet we would request these installers. They were professional and polite and very hard workers. And although we had just painted our walls, there was no damage at all; and our painter told us that damage to walls with new carpet can be quite common.I showed some photos of my new bedroom to some friends. Every person commented on how much they like the carpet. It looks amazing.

I cannot say enough great things about Floorz and working with Laura! Finding engineered hardwood floors was the biggest/most stressful decision for us during our home remodel and Laura was available via phone, text and email patiently supplying me with probably 20-25 quotes. After picking a floor, we shopped pricing at different places and even other stores responses were “wow, if that’s the price they are giving you, I would probably go with them too” LOL. After flooring, we decided to use them for backsplash. Again, Laura patiently and quickly provided multiple quotes and options for us, then personally delivered the backsplash tiles, and other material to our house! We also went with them for our carpet in the bedrooms and have referred multiple people to see Laura because of the great customer service we had. Home remodels are very stressful and our experience at Floorz definitely helped to ease some of that stress!

I bought flooring which was discontinued for my kitchen and baths. I loved it so much I had to do my laundry room also. The contractor told me I needed one more box so I went up and got it before they sold out. Weeks have gone by now and the contractor is laying the floor and he is short two boards. I was so nerves because so much time had past. I walked into Floorz and Jim saved the day!!! He had a few boards left that were samples and he gave them to me. After visiting several carpet stores I found the saleswoman at Floorz very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Pricing very comparable to the industry average. The installation {Seamless Carpet) went without a hitch and the gentleman were very polite, professional and the clean up was spot on including disposal of old carpet. I will return to Floorz and would be rather pleased if I had the same installers.

I hadnt even purchased flooring from Floorz yet, but needed help with the nightmare of the hack job install we just had done.When the owner, Brian saw my pictures, he assured me he could amend what they had left unfinished. He specifically guaranteed his best man come out to repair the install and put in new transition pieces. (And without taking advantage of us and our dire need) Because of his concern and attention to our problem, I will definitely choose Floorz my next flooring purchase in the near future and for their professional work and service.

James is very helpful. Weve had several problems with our subfloor which is not their fault, and he is very accommodating to get everything arranged with the builder 2 coordinate his guys coming after repairs for a fast turnaround. The installers are always professional.

Amazing help and knowledge. My husband had a stroke and is in the hospital and I was not quite ready for them. They picked up where I left off and got the job done for me. They went to Home Depot and got the shoe molding and all of the baseboards. They are the company I will always use for carpet and whatever flooring I decide to purchase. I cant rate them high enough. Fabulous.

A big thank you to the Floorz team. We initially were having ceramic tile installed in our kitchen, mud room and two bathrooms. Everything went well until a huge leak was discovered in the bathroom which resulted in a complete gutting down to the studs of said room. Dave (installer) and his team were an utter pleasure to work with. They did the work (including the unexpected renovation) within 4 weeks and we love the look of it all. Very pleased. Staff ok. They think that the common person does not know anything about carpet and will always try to upsell. Make sure you shop around and dont fall into the trap of just buying there. Carpet prices always has a mark up. You definitely can make a deal anywhere.

Absolutely loved our experience with Brian, James and the Floorz team. We worked with Floorz to install laminate in our kitchen and dining room and also to install a subway tile backsplash. We worked with the owner and staff on a new construction build. Floorz did all of our flooring (LVT and carpet), tile work and custom master shower. Was doing a total home renovation and trying to stick to a budget while still putting quality cabinets, countertops, appliances and floors in the house, just in case we decide to sell next year. At first, i did not go to Floorz because i saw there store in Montrose and it looked extremely high end so i didnt even bother to speak with a rep. A month later i did go in and speak to someone and I am so glad they did! Not only were they less expensive than the box stores, but the quality and service i received were outstanding. Anyone currently building or looking to do work in their current home is crazy to even waste their time looking elsewhere. Oh, and the new store in Strongsville is beautiful!

Their right there for you when you order a big job BUT following up to get service afterwards is a nightmare! I had to hire another company to fix some minor repairs. I called a dozen times and finally gave up!LIARS~ your boy is doing side jobs and not letting you know. My issue was a lighting issue. Since you did the entire job including the ceiling it is relevant ! BEWARE James Quinn your helper went all the way to Mentor to price a job.. He must have thought he was doing something wrong because he never came through with the quote. He was promoting his outside business saying we would save money going through him. Then he turned the tables on the story. If I were Whirmeres I would take a strong look at the integrity of certain employees. Moving on!

Went floorz and looking for carpet for our front room .talked to Mr Quinn he was very helpful in picking a good carpet and matching colors for us with our decor and our needs. The price was right and experience at store was great . Carpet install was quick and done correct .they cleaned up after them selfs and left the house better than they found it (ie ) new carpet .We would rate this a 5 out of 5 experience and would recommend this company to everyone .

I purchased my carpet in February of 2015, and had an issue with a seam that was apparent almost a year later. The owner took the time to personally reach out to me and offered to immediately remediate my issue without hesitation.
