We chose Clearwater bc my parents have used them for years after using another company and they had only great things to say. I was very satisfied with our service! Beyond exceptional customer service- were first timers and everything was explained in thorough detail, I was able to text our representative anytime of day with questions, we got a great deal and the installation was only a couple hours. They customized our system to us and our concerns, we werent just your standard installation. So far we are doing great with our system but weve not had it very long. Thanks Clint!

Our water tastes great, smells great and we noticed a significant increase in our water pressure.The technician was very friendly and made sure we were happy at completion. Excellent service all the way through, from meeting our salesman, Bruce Bohner to the two installers, Derrick and Tim. We were told the installation would be 6 hours, they finished 30 minutes early with no issues or surprises along the way. After the install they walked us through everything, answered all questions and cleaned everything up.So far we are very happy with the water quality, best it has been since we built 30 years ago.

Good place to get bottled water. You can buy 5 gallon or bring a 1 gallon or 5 gallon container to get the water. Also you can get rock salt for winter and water softener items.

Service person was cordial and polite, assessed the problem and corrected the system accordingly. I have always felt that Clearwater’s Kenetico products are top notch and, in our case, solve all our water problems.

Great water heater installation, no issues. Kinetico Water softener is also the best.

We were remodeling the basement and in replacing the flooring decided to put tile under the hot water tank and water softener system. It was time to replace and upgrade the water softener with newer technology. Clearwater came out to scope out the work and quote the latest technology. They came out to remove the old system as scheduled. They were prompt and efficient. Three days later they installed the new system after the tile was installed. The piping to the new water softener was also upgraded making it easier to isolate the system if necessary. Very happy with the work and their knowledge.

Good prices for most services and items offered. Very reasonable refillable jugs for water, makes it cheaper than most places nearby, discounts offered to returning customers improves the deal as well. Most staff members are super helpful. The Akron water vendor building could use some updates, and maybe more cameras by the cars since so many people leave their cars unlocked when hauling jugs back and forth, but there is a lot of space and spouts to accommodate larger crowds. Sevilles location is smaller and has less dispensers/space, so it can get crowded, but the staff is quick to keep things moving and assists customers as needed.

Have used Clearwater for more then 30 years, can’t say enough good things about their service from the office personal to the service person in the field, they are always polite to listen and give great explanations of what may be causing the problem. Service appointments are always called before the arrival date with a reminder and who will be doing the service work, so we know when we answer the door what the persons name is. After completing the service, they always leave the work area clean as it was before they arrived. May I just say their service personal are always dressed neatly in their Clearwater uniforms, presentation is the first thing a customer see’s. Thank You Clearwater Systems.

Unfortunately I havent had much luck finding a refurbished water cooler that works right to rent. After a few trys though, I was offered a brand new cooler. So hopefully it will work much better.

This is where I buy my water in 5 gallon bottles. You can also fill 1 gallons. Filtered water or spring water.

Clearwater is a great company to do business with, terra the sales lady showed me all the products they offered with pricing, no pressure she said I could look them over with my wife, I liked the smart soft system, told her this is the one I want, all digital output display, gave me an installation date, tony was prompt, I did tell him I had PEX pipe and I wanted the crimp on connectors all the other companys wanted to use the push on grip connectors, I was very Happy with the instillation, he showed me how easy the smart flow was to operate. our water had tested 10+ hardness what a difference the softener made. thank you clearwater for a wonderful job and great employees.

I really like Clearwater. Theyre open on Saturday which is good for those of us who work all week. Prices are good for cleaner water than Akron has to offer.

They tested my well water for hardness, ph, iron, and dissolved solids. They were not able to tell me more details of the samples, of course they did this for free so I was still happy.

When you get one of these kind of systems you better have some money everything cost and theyre not trying to help you fix anything correctly or at an economical price.

The installer, Brian, was professional, knowledgable, and polite.

Finally switched to another company after a slew of leaking bottles (have had at least 6 leaking bottles in the last several months, ruining my floor). Also their delivery schedule is much less flexible than another company Ive now gone with. The other company will deliver with one days notice.Clearwater, if I call toward the end of the week, wont deliver until the end of the following week. Since I cancelled my service with them, they have refused to come pick up their bottles, and wont refund me for the unused ones. Poor customer service....glad Ive switched to another company.

Customer service has been cut back. The water vending area is not very clean. Water is cheap here, but I see a tendency to not provide much service or even paper towels for water vending. They have signs not to use wet tokens in their coin boxes, but give no way to dry them.
