Logan was not knowledgeable when it came to everything relating to the hiring of my husband. Unfortunately he also misrepresented the insurance as well. We were told insurance would start immediately after working for the temp agency. This was untrue. He always has to go ask for answers, never had them and could not put 2 and 2 together. If you work for Aerotek, at least get a different hiring agent.

I have been an Aerotek recruit now for just about a year. I must say of all staffing agencies by far, Aerotek Staffing is the best. I love the opportunities they have provided in my life. They got me a job and and after two weeks of waiting for them to get back to me so I can start they told me they didnt need me and a father of two needing employment is disapating. I highly do not reccomend, unprofessional

No one gets back to you. I called this place over two weeks ago. Was told to send my resume over and that I’d be talked about in their 4 o’clock meeting. Never received an email or call back.Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

I lost my job 2 weeks ago. Collin, Brian, and John spend those weeks trying to find me a job. They worked hard to find me a good job and kept me updated every step of the way. They set me up with an interview that I did not think I was qualified for. They reassured me of my skills and make feel confident to go into that interview. I ended up getting the job! Aerotek is phenomenal. I really dont know what else to say. Hailee Miller (my agent) has got to be the best agent I have ever worked with. Hailee had me working inside a week of completing my paperwork. She was constantly on top of things; always checking in to see how things were going. If I ever had a question or needed information, Hailee made sure I had what I was looking for within an hour; maybe two at most. I highly recommend Hailee and Aerotek and I will keep her number close by, if I ever need her again.

I have been working with Bryan Policicchio for almost a year now with my current assignment. I have never had a problem that he has not been able to get me an answer to help solve with this assignment.. Always friendly and helpful not matter what. I was going through my recruiter Ronald Chalkback and he did find me a job at first met in person at a local library to go over all the documents turned in my background check from the company I was going to work for. They told me to never contact that company again and the recruiter said this isn’t going to workout and stopped talking to me.

I had a contract thru Aerotek for 9 months. They did get me a job, and I enjoyed the work. But the lack of communication during and after my contract from my recruiter was astonishing. My recruiter is the reason ill never work another contract for Aerotek again.
