My experience has shown me that there is a lack of impartial or unbiased going into these hearings. As an injured worker I have been made to feel like a criminal that is defending myself, not just from the opposition counsel, but from the hearing officer as well. They feel that a doctor whom is paid to have a specific opinion has more bearing than common sense itself. I have attended several hearings and with an exception of 1, have felt completely ganged up on and knew the hearings/appeals were lost as soon as I sat down. If hearings are going to be conducted in this manner, the hearing officer may as well sit on the other side of the table and not pretend to be in the middle. It makes me wonder what they have to gain by attempting to ruin my life.. (?) I get that there are many people who try to cheat the system, but treating everyone who enters these rooms as such is blatant prejudice. Fortunately God will do the final judging.

They dont like anybody that are trying to get heathy. But the place is clean. The secuity Guard is nice. And the lady at the window should wear something that isnt sleezy.
