We recently needed to rent a mini excavator to clear some land and Sullys had the best price so we thought we would give them a try and really glad we did. They were very accommodating, (I wanted it the next day) and they delivered it at the best price. The guy that delivered it was really nice and helpful. We got done early and they came and picked it up with no issues. I will use Sullys for all my equipment rental from now on.

After completely changing our wedding plan we reached out to Sully’s for help renting equipment for our Plan E aka backyard wedding. Amanda was amazing from the start, super sweet, super organized and super helpful. Also to mentioned their delivery team was amazingly fast and super friendly. I would highly recommend anyone planning an event to go with Sully’s!

Clean place, well kept equipment. Only undesirable bits where the $250 deposite they charged on top of the rental fees and the places is a little cramped to maneuver anything larger than a pickup truck in.

Terrible service along with very unprofessional management. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Laurie & David were amazing in assisting us with our rental needs. We had an issue with the equipment we rented not being returned by previous renter. They did everything possible to get us different equipment on the day we needed it. David gave us guidance on the equipment related to our project when he delivered the equipment. Laurie was amazing with making a bad situation right. Always our go to for equipment needs!

For the most part friendly and easy to deal with if you go to right people.Getting loaded or unloaded with equipment is always quick and prompt.Due to their location, and logistics to my shop, I dont have a reason to drive further than I need to. They typically have all of the attachments or machines that I need. In a pinch, they’ve even made a swap of machines to my jobsite.Great asset to the community.

Hands down the only rental company I will ever use! I recently rented a large tent, tables, chairs and linens for my June wedding and the whole process was amazing. From Amandas help making sure I had everything I needed and the correct quantities, to the team that delivered and set up our tent, everyone was professional and courteous. This is the third time Ive used Sullys services and I will definitely keep returning!

I have rented heavy equipment from the Falls tool rental before, but moved over to Sullys because their price was a great bit lower on a rental. I was really impressed with the customer service, as well as selection of rental items. The gentleman that helped me hitch up the 60 crane was fantastic. I had 2 blown tires the day that I was returning the rental, and was way late. Bob Brunton decided to give me a pass on the late charge, as I was having a terrible day. Amanda and the gang at Sullys are amazing! On my first visit they helped me with my initial decisions and when I changed my mind on several items (even adding a tent 3 days before my event and enlarging the dance floor the day they delivered!) they still were able to accommodate me. The customer service was above and beyond, I wanted bistro lights at my event so they went out and got them for me. I know there are other rental places in the area but I can not suggest strongly enough that everyone should use Sullys, you wont be sorry. As a novice at planning and executing a large event my anxiety over what to get and how to get it was completely alleviated by the knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff at Sullys.

Horrible customer service! We rented tables and chairs for my daughters graduation party and when we picked them up they were filthy, not just from weather but the chairs had food all over them! Took me and my son a while to scrub them and get them clean,which that should have been done! The owner treated us poorly and pretty much didn’t care! We will never do business with them again!

Needed to rent a generator for my 4th of July camping trip, (Wed-Sunday), and was quoted a price for a 3 day rental. Had to pick up on Tuesday the 3rd since they were closed on the 4th. Upon picking up the generator, I informed the sales lady that we were getting rained out and wouldnt need it for the first couple of days for my rental people. She said Thats fine. Well just make the adjustment on your account when you return it! As expected, we were rained out therefore we only went camping Saturday to Sunday, 1 day.When I made the reservation I paid in full ($35 x 3 days = $105) under the threat that if I cancelled, they would keep a $50 deposit.Upon returning the generator Monday a.m. (theyre closed on Sunday) I explained to them that we only went camping Saturday to Sunday and could a credit be adjusted to my account accordingly. A manager stated that her employee would have never said that to me and refused to issue the adjustment.I simply asked to be credited for at least 1 day yet to no avail. Rather than continually remain disagreeable, Im writing this review instead. Will NEVER rent from them again.

The best tool rental around

Hands down best rental service. We use them for all of our functions and they are top notch. Their delivery guys are courteous. Great spot.

This place has anything you could imagine available to rent. Just be prepared to wait in line. I got stuck behind someone loading up who knows what and sat in their loading line for 30 minutes waiting to be loaded. The process was slow and inefficient. They dont have enough space for their loading area. The staff wasnt very friendly when I went back inside and asked if I could just load the stuff myself. They basically just told me to get back in line and wait.

Sullys was recommended to me by a friend after many failed attempts at contacting one of their competitors. I emailed Sullys for assistance with rentals for my wedding reception and Laura called me back within 24 hours. She talked through everything with me on the phone and I had a formal quote in my email within minutes of hanging up with her. I would highly recommend Sullys based on their customer service alone!

They pretty much have every type of tool you would need for any job and they also have decorations for parties or weddings

I havent used Sullys in years. 8 to be exact. I never seemed to have a good experience with this company, but last week i was left in a bind and was forced to call them.NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Rented a grill from them this past weekend. Wont ever again. Grill didnt even work when I went to start it. Mind you, I needed the grill for at least 100-150 people... since the grill didnt work, I had to run around and find another grill to use last minute which I shouldnt have to do having to make my guests wait to eat the provided food.
