If I could give you all the stars in the sky I would. So over the period of 2 days I have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Robin and what an amazing experience. We rented a tent, table and chairs for my daughters wedding. They come a couple days before the wedding day set it all up then come the day after to tear down. Made our day so much easier!!! We will definitely use them in the future for any of our outdoor gatherings. Highly recommend.

My wedding was August 15th. It was originally supposed to be in a hall but our venue canceled very last minute. I called A&B and they exceeded every expectation I had. I cannot stress enough how helpful the people were on the phone through the process were and they even helped to make sure I had enough tables chairs and everything I needed. Set up was a breeze and the guys were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. No matter what your occasion is I would make them your first call.

I ordered a tent with FOUR sides, only to find that 2 sides were delivered and assembled. The representative that I worked with stated she “wrote down” two sides, and therefore that must be what I ordered. We only ordered a tent to begin with for the chance of inclement weather, which there was, so there is no chance I would order only two sides. The invoice I received only noted the number of feet in sides that were ordered, so I didn’t really know how many sides that number of feet would cover. The tent was delivered on a Friday (to a property that is not mine, 45 minutes away). The property owner thought she might be able to move the walls down to cover the rest, but we didn’t find out till Saturday that that wasn’t the case. I, then, had to leave a voicemail on an after hours number to rectify this situation. It took over 4 hours to get a phone call back (mind you it’s down pouring rain this entire time), and then I was charged for another delivery fee. We ended up splitting the difference on that. I don’t mind, at all, spending the money for the one extra side we did end up using, but the delivery free, I feel, is pretty bogus because of an error on the company’s part. Lastly, the tent did leak in a few places in the ceiling (thankfully not in places that caused my event any damage), but overall it was in pretty good condition and aesthetics. I probably would do more research on other available companies if I needed to rent a tent again.

I called in for a quote last week and had made an agreement over the phone with Jay. Call in today and the quote wasn’t saved and they sold out for the day I needed. Now I have to look around for other options with less time then I had before. I won’t be calling or referring A and B rental for any future events I handle.

I had my daughter a graduation party and I ordered 3 tents, tables and chairs. The service was awesome. The staff was very accommodating and on point. I would reccomend them to anyone they are very reasonable and by far price beats other businesses. I will be using them in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Used A & B Tent Rental for our wedding and they were awesome! We booked a year in advance and their prices and payment plans are very affordable. We wanted a simple backyard wedding and they so made that happen with walking us through exactly what we needed and not pushing the extras on us. We were able to add on & take off during the process and they were more than accomadating. The set up and take down of the supplies was very professional, fast and clean. Super friendly staff. They set up a tent for an event at my work quickly and were very kind. Unfortunately due to rain the event was canceled, and as they were still on the premises they took it down immediately when requested.A giant pain I am sure. But if they were annoyed they did not let me know. Good customer service.

A&B Tent is the best bargain in town, prices quality and nobody has those colors! I wanted my graduation party with my school colors and they were the only game in town with what I wanted! To top off their excellent service, the tent looked brand new! Kudos!

Very poor experience. The crew did not setup the tent properly leaving many features that were paid for not setup. Company is ignoring all communication forcing us to seek legal counsel for recompense. Go with a better run rental company.

Biggest, best, most variety in the Akron Canton area. We got a great deal on our entire party which included 3 multicolored tents, tables, chairs, stage, dance floor, lights and more.. Guys who set up party were very fast and professional, I would recommend this company to anyone.
