Cant get anyone to answer the phone

I made an appointment at the Yanke Bionics that is on Jul 11@11:30 and then once I reach there @11:40 just 10 minutes late because their location in the big building I did ask till I get there. The girl was walking to her office and she said I have to reschedule you 3 weeks from now 😱 and she said you have to call to make sure we can get you I said I do have an appointment and she did not car about it. I showed her that I did call at 11:22 she did not pick up the phone and she said you have to leave a voicemail. I told her that 3 weeks before when I did call to make my 1st appointment I did call the office 3 days and l left 10 to 15 voicemails she did not call me back. I did not prefer any one go there they are not honest also I think they are look to your accent because my accent is a foreign that is WHY she did not call me back once I left voicemails also once I get there she try to piss me off. She did not try to find another appointment soon she said 3 weeks form today. My doctor her name Georgeanne Botek at Cleveland clinic refers them to me and I did contact her to I told her the story about that. I suggest to my doctor never send patient to them any more. I did not recommend to anyone go to them you will waste your time and thy will piss you off as well. Specially if you have accent.

I just saw Roger this morning! Hes awesome! He fitted me for new orthodics, which he has done several times in the past. Every time I leavethere I feel assured that Im doing the right thing wearing these orthodics every day, all day. Roger is an honest, positive person and I love going to see him!!

Roger is a miracle worker for your feet. He knows his business and he knows feet. He created a pair of orthotics for me and I can walk longer and further then Ive been able to in years. Not only that, but he said if I develop a new pain in a different spot on my foot, bring the orthotics back, and hell adjust them to react to the new problem. What?! A care provider that actually backs up his work? I recommend him to anyone that needs comfort in being able to stand, walk, or run on your feet.
