I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this office and these people. I worked with Shannon who gave me everything I came in for and more. My time spent there, whether in Shannons chair or in the waiting room, I felt heard and cared for more than any other place I have been to. I highly recommend this place and Shannon! 5 stars is simply not enough for this facility. Words cannot explain how helpful the owners have been in my journey to mental health, and the only thing I really can say about this place for certain is: go here, you wont regret it.

I have been with Paramount health for awhile! I enjoy talking to Kara, she is absolutely amazing! Ive been to other therapists and she is definitely number one on the list! Everyone is very friendly and extremely personable and I am glad that I found this place. I highly recommend coming here because the environment is very relaxing and friendly.

Beware of this clinic. I attended after the glowing reviews but once you miss an appointment (even if you call to cancel in advance) they will not reschedule any further appointment. Does this sound like they care or does it seem they care more about a schedule than patients. Things happen in life and I refuse to apologize for emergencies coming up. They should be ashamed of turning people away for an unexpected event in life. BEWARE!!!*Ive also been asked to edit my review as they know I havent been there. Do you honestly think I would actually use my real name on a social networking platform or media base? I have actively done my absolute best to be sure everyone is aware of your sub standard practices. Enjoy ripping more people off and compounding mental illness. Have a wonderful day.

Awesome, awesome place. I have seen Rachel several times and she has been so helpful through those sessions. Its nice to be able to sit and talk to someone who is invested in you and your wellbeing all while trying to figure out a path to take and how to overcome obstacles.The front desk lady is the sweetest and those therapy dogs are just the best too. Highly recommend this place!

Fawn is the best counselor Ive ever had. I started to notice an improvement in my mental health immediately after starting counseling. All of the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. I loved being greeted by their therapy dogs as soon as I walked in. They were very understanding if I ever had to cancel, and they really work with you to get you in at a time that best fits your schedule. They offered video counseling during the shutdown, and I loved being able to still have counseling at home. I highly recommend Paramount Behavioral Health.

Very caring and professional staff. Ive been to a few different places in search for help, none come even close to the comfort and care provided at Paramount. You feel as if you matter, and not just another number.

I wont lie to you, the original reason I chose Paramount behavioral was because of the great reviews saying there were theraputic dogs! I ended up with a lot more, and because of that, I can not recommend Paramount enough! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. The staff greeted me by name, genuinely cared about me and how I was doing, and always made a point of being hospitable. And my therapist made my life soooo much better.Seriously.I was fortunate to work with Dr. Dan in some of my darkest moments. This man is a miracle worker. He was able to not only help me see the light, but taught me how to see the good in myself even if he wasnt around to help me.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a therapist and a good atmosphere!

Dan has been the ONLY therapist out of many that ever seemed to actually genuinely care about my wife. Over the last 5-6 months there has been significant improvement with her mental health, without making a major dent in our finances. I urge anyone who is on the brink of giving up on finding quality counciling services to go to Paramount.

I’ve been a client at this practice for over a year. I see one counselor regularly. When I’ve needed to be seen on an emergency basis they have been accommodating. I’ve seen three different counselors. All have different styles and all have been more than helpful. Shannon is amazing at grounding you during an anxiety attack. Very calming voice. Willing to walk you through visual techniques multiple times and Until you are able to calm yourself. Fawn is just great all around. Very easy to talk to. It’s almost like you are meeting your friend once a week, but your friend has really good advice on how to deal with stressors in your life that you wouldn’t have thought of on your own. She has helped me set goals and make a plan of action to achieve those goals. She is genuinely happy for me when I reach them. I was skeptical about seeing a man, but on the occasions I have had to see dan it was comfortable and surprisingly easy to open up to him. both receptions are the sweetest ladies ever. They both ask me every time how things are going like they actually care about my life. They celebrate my achievements with me and make me feel like they have an interest in my life. Gracie and LuLu greet me every time I walk through the door and I look forward to seeing them every week. The office has been very flexible with schedule when my availability changes abruptly. I look forward to going to my session every week. They entire staff at Paramount has had a positive effect on my life.

I’ve been struggling to find a good place. I’ve had a lot of stuff in the past where I’ve been misdiagnosed and treated in a way that wasn’t helping. I found this company and went through an assessment, and am continually being assessed. They are helping me more than anyone has in the past. My panic attacks are few and far between, along with other episodes I have. But the main thing is, I feel at home. I’m welcomed with a smile every time and greeted with nothing but kindness. They know my name when I walk through the door. And that to me is so important. Makes me feel like they truly do care and that I’m not just another ‘patient’. I’d highly recommend them to just about anyone. Heck I even told my mom to see them!

Ive been with Dan for around 4 years now. Ive had my diagnosis for about 10 years now, and went to several other counselors before him: none of which were as personable as he is. Theres just something about him that conveys concern, compassion, and motivation all at the same time. Now that hes got his own practice, getting a convenient appointment is always easy when dealing with the 2 lovely ladies at the desk. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dan for almost a year now. I look forward to going each week and seeing both Dan and Susie, not to forget the pups! I feel heard and cared about each time. Im often greeted by Susie who is a joy to talk to and Gracie & LuLu, their support dogs. Dan provides support without judgment. Scheduling has been difficult for me and they have been very accommodating.Im so very happy that I have such an awesome place to seek help from. I highly recommend this place if you want to be treated with respect, dignity and not to mention an ACTUAL human being and not just another patient.If I could give them a gazillion star rating I would!

I absolutely love going to counseling here!! It’s a small practice, and I feel listened to not judged. Dan gives helpful advice and things to practice for my mental health.

Experience with paramount Behavioral Health changed drastically over the past few months. I loved my doctor (Fawn) but the owner and scheduling team had no empathy whatsoever when I was forced to miss appointments due to a kidney condition that caused multiple surgeries to be needed. They canceled my appointment without notifying me due to absences and when I called to talk about it I was told I dont care what the external circumstances are, you need to move on. For people who supposedly care about their patients, they did little to nothing to try and work this out with me. My recommendation is to seek another facility who invests in the long term care of their patients in a more genuine fashion.Edit after owner response:Abusing the policy in my case means missing appointments due to a serious kidney condition that required more than one surgery over the course of 2 months to correct. Every time I was forced to miss other than one emergency time, I called 48 hours ahead of time to confirm cancellation (so not sure why other patients couldnt be re-scheduled during those time slots?). Note: The owner (Dan) was not my therapist and did not spend any time at all discussing the issue with me before I was let go.
