First time using Dry Clean World. I asked for a button to be replaced on a dress shirt while it was being cleaned. When I went to pick up the item, the button was not replaced. The clerk asked if I could wait while she took care of it, I offered to go to ACME for some shopping. When I returned 10 minutes later, the button was replaced. Nice job, clean store, helpful staff.

I was not happy with their alteration of my suit pants.I had previously bought a suit off the rack at a major department store, but realized that while the 38 waist fit fine, I was swimming in the pants. Last week I took them in to Dry Cleaning Work in Montrose to be altered in the seat and legs. The cost was $49, which I felt was better than buying a new suit.i picked them up yesterday and was told to try them on at home and bring them back if they didnt fit. (The woman that took the measurements was not there)I tried them on and the seat was still baggy. I called this morning and talked to the woman that took the measurements and she told me that they had taken it in the maximum it could be done, and she was unwilling to even have me come in and try to alter them further. My ticket number was 171926. I wont use this merchant again! Bob

Horrible - didnt have my drapes done at time they said they would. Then the first time they didnt press panels. Finally when I received them - they tried to tell me that the red stains on the lining were already there. Horrible place and wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!
