I came in for hair removal on my chin and was instantly greeted by Rachel, who is the sweetest cutest lady! She complemented me right away, has excellent customer service and tops it off with a beautiful heart. Ashley came out to do my consultation and was extra helpful from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about me and all the guests she services. Alex did my treatment and is so quick, gentle and kind. All around 10/10 and most definitely recommend. Love this place! Super professional and clean and comforting! Will make sure you are absolutely comfortable before starting and will give you things to help the discomfort (aloe and stressball). This place is amazing! I was so nervous going into my consultation but I was so relaxed after speaking with Ashley that I decided to do my first treatment the same day. The nurse practitioner (Alex I think?) was so nice and friendly which made getting a Brazilian plus so much more comfortable.I was able to find a deal on their website for 50% off so the price was super reasonable especially divided over 24 months (no interest). I wish I wouldnt have put it off this long. If youre thinking about laser hair removal, do it!
I love everyone here! From my first visit to my last, these ladies have been fantastic. They explain everything in detail, answer the weirdest questions without hesitation or judgement and are very informative throughout your whole treatment. They normalize this whole process. The staff at the Akron Milan Laser Hair Removal location is professional and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Although it is an expensive investment it is truly worth it in the long run and the payment plans help so much. I also really appreciate the text reminders for my appointments since they are weeks apart. I definitely recommend this office to anyone thinking about getting laser hair removal. The staff are so nice, and easy to get along with. This is the first time I have ever done hair removal and the staff was so nice and informative with everything. They have a beautiful and clean office. I didnt feel uncomfortable like I thought I might. I just did my first treatment and it was not that bad at all. I cant wait to see the results! This is definitely worth it to me. I have wanted to do this for a long time just hesitated because of the price, but when you really think about how much you spend in shaving, waxing or whatever else you do it come out to less for a lifetime. They have different payment plans and packages also. I will let you know how future results turn out.

I have only had one treatment so far, but I can say just from my consultation that this place amazing. Any woman who struggles with PCOS knows that getting laser hair removal is usually only a temporary fix, which could mean hundreds or thousands of dollars over a lifetime of maintenance visits. I almost cried (and didn’t believe it) when I saw that Milan has unlimited touch-up appointments after your treatment plan is up, with no additional cost! What an amazing deal!! Thus far my experience at Milan has been excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful with any questions I have had. They had good financing options and discounts which made the total cost much lower than many other options Ive seen, The actual treatment experience goes smoothly and pretty quickly due to more modern technology and well trained staff, highly recommended.

I cannot be more excited for my laser hair removal at Milan! Today was my second treatment and I’m loving the results so far! My only regret is not getting laser hair removal sooner! I was skeptical because it is a big investment but it’s so worth it already! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the office is clean and cutely decorated. I started my laser treatment journey this past year doing my Brazilian area at a 50% discount and I am very pleased with my results that are garenteed for life which is pretty awesome, so I decided to go through with my underarms also which were also discounted by 60% for being a loyal costumer. I saw one review about the price is to high at Milan vs. there competitors but honestly think its worth it in my opinion. It just depends how much you want something I guess. Plus they have the opportunity for anyone to be able to finance it and receive treatments no matter what your credit is like. I look at it sort of like a convenience fee you pay one time for a life time of treatments if need be.I recently moved from Kentucky to streetsboro, ohio so was very worried about finishing my Brazilian treatment but they helped me find a milan lazer treatment close to me in Akron which helped my transition easier. The girls at the akron milan have been very kind and welcoming. Pleased and have not had any problems through my first two sessions there.

Ive previously had laser hair removal done in both Los Angeles and the Cleveland/Akron area. I had 6 treatments in my Brazilian area, and according to the nurse there, I would need at most 3 more. I have no problem paying for quality work, but the amount of money they up-charge compared to their competition clearly takes advantage of people who are new to this. For those 3 treatments, I wouldve had to pay upwards of $500 for each. This was at a 70% discount because Ive previously been lasered. For reference, Ive bought a package deal of 6 treatments @ $300 at a place 10 minutes away.Normal price for someone who hasnt been lasered before is upwards of $5,000. Lets say you needed 20 treatments (you dont, lol). That would be $250 per treatment. Ive had my legs done in LA, and I was good after 6 treatments and $600. I havent had to have any touch ups whatsoever 6 years later.I dont know what Milan Lasers differentiating factor is. They say all these things, and it sounds really good...unless you know that everybody else offers those things too.They say they have nurses/doctors present. Im almost entirely sure thats required, as thats been the case for every other laser place Ive been to.They say they have a state-of-the-art laser. So does everybody else. One of the people that works there tried to say maybe the place I went to that offered $300 for 6 sessions uses IPL treatments which may cause more hair to grow in the long run. I looked it up right in front of her and let her know that was not the case.They say youre guaranteed touch-up treatments for that one area youre getting hair removal done on for life. Like I said, 6 years later my leg results from another place have been good, and Ive had no hair growth. They offer free touch-ups as well, and even if they didnt, paying for another session, even if its full price, still doesnt cost as much as Milan is charging.On top of that, I was e-mailed saying they are offering a free laser session during your consultation. When I got there, suddenly they couldnt offer it anymore. They said it was only for people whove never been lasered before...which would be fine if they didnt know that I had been lasered before. Whoever I was in communication with made it clear that I would be able to get the Brazilian laser done, and KNEW that I have had it done previously. I shaved for nothing.The consultation was an hour long due to an unnecessary Powerpoint, and I really feel like they do all this to make people who are new to it feel like theyre getting bang for their buck. Im here to tell you, its not!
