The doggy greeting us at the door of this boutique was worth FOUR STARS ON ITS OWN. Merchandise was a bit overpriced, but well-made and unique. Good place to buy custom stationery or a special card for that special person who may be hard to buy for in the Hallmark section of your Meijer. Friendly and charming customer service also!

Elle Paper Mill Studio is a beautiful stationery shop that carries unusual and distinctive gifts, cards, stationery, and stationery accessories. This new location is convenient with ample parking and an easily accessible entrance space. Erin and Sue go out of their way to be helpful. This is the finest shop in town to order wedding invitations, birth announcements, business cards, and party invitations. I ordered elegant, personalized stationery that arrived only a couple of days after I placed my order.

Just held a Surprise 50th Birthday party for my brother a few weeks ago.The planning process had many starts and stops due to the pandemic and at one point I wasnt even sure if it was the right thing to do. Erin was there for all the ups and downs with good advice, alternative options and tons of patience. The invites were perfect, the fake one designed to throw him off worked like a charm and the social distancing sign with color-coded bracelets gave everyone the comfort zone they needed. Erins experience and ideas could never have been replaced by the likes of Vista Print and was well worth paying just a few dollars more for the piece of mind. The owner is too old to run the business. Both employees didnt even know what we ordered when we called in nor knew the cost that we both received for the estimate. The two old ladies who run the business are too old and are often confused. Very inconsiderate and argumentative when we tried to explain what we were quoted ,and to advise that we were charged twice for tax and ink....Terrible customer service. Never again.... N.
