My insurance company supplies rides to medical appointments, 55 Transport has been sent to pick me up several times. More times than not, the driver shows up LATE...like at the time of my appointment...then he gets out of the car and screams at the house in my yard to, come out here now or I will kick your door inTold insurance Co to NEVER send them again. 6 times in a year!

Very professional, and reliable. Van clean and properly sanitized.

This is the worst service. Not on time, making us wait in the rain until 7 when we had a 5:30 pick up and the office closed at 6:30. Not professional, hanging up on us constantly when we kept trying to find out information.

Didnt show up!!! Very disappointed 😞.. May get dropped as a patient with the facility I had appointment with... I watched from 3:40-5:00am
