They clearly explained the options and did not pressure us to buy additional services or other items we were not interested in. They have also reached out to provide information on coping with grieving. Dean and Elizabeth have been very supportive and helpful throughout the process and I greatly appreciate that.

The service was very easy to work with...I was able to get almost everything done on the phone and computer. Even though the funeral home was the one to contact them, they were able to come through for me on such a short notice. I needed a very quick turnaround time and they were able to accommodate me with no problems.
