If 2020 wasnt difficult enough, imagine my dismay to have my computer crash! I thought ALL of my files, photos, etc. were backed up only to discover that they werent!! Emmanuel went above and beyond to recover ALL of my data. He spent hours researching how to retrieve my genealogy software and files (20 years worth!). I had a laptop turn into a brick and I was terrified that I had lost a lot of valuable, work related data. Not only were they able to recover my data, but they were also able to get the OS reinstalled and the laptop back up and running. I dropped my laptop off at 9:30 AM and the technician worked on my computer all day and contacted me that night when it was ready. He even stayed well after their normal closing hours so that he could finish it up and get it back to me that same day. I have zero hesitation recommending you give them a shot if you are having computer issues. They are fast, affordable, communicative, dedicated, and friendly. What else can you ask for?

Staff was very helpful and pleasant, they did a great job with my older model laptop. Owner was nice enough to give me some pointers on the care of my laptop and he also gave me a killer deal on a new battery. Ive even sent my grandfather there for repair on his computer and he peoples taxes.

Werent very helpful or knowledgeable. I called about motherboard compatibility with AMD cpus and the guy seemingly had no idea what I read talking about.

A very friendly couple who were easy to talk to and he is very capable to fix just about anything! It took him just about a week to fix my laptop but he never stopped trying to fix the malfunction and kept me informed all along the way. My computer was repaired and it didnt even leave my wallet empty, like I had worried it would. A small business in Akron that I will definitely referring my friends to.
