This company has the best response time, no matter how soon I need someone onsite to fix one of our units they have been there. They follow directions and have gone above and beyond for us numerous times. We love to give them business and will continue; due to the fact that they provide top notch service.

Chris mounted our 65” TV over our fireplace. It was a pretty tedious and tough assignment but he really was informative and detailed throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services in the future.

I ordered a laptop battery with Chris. He said he would have a charger for me within a weeks time and I received it on time. I have done business with Paradigm before and have had no issues. In fact if I ever had any computer problems I could count on Chris to fix my computer. They work hard and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks againM

Excellent customer service, even for me who ended up just replacing the laptop rather than getting it repaired. The representative that I spoke to (Chris) was courteous the entire time even when he found out he wouldnt be getting a sale out of it. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend Paradigm IT Network to anyone that needs computer repair work done.

First of all, who is this WE stuff?? Chris Wilson has more excuses for horrible service than Carter has pills, and I also went through all themy secretary was supposed to do it AND she just quit, Im looking foranother one. He has no other employees, is totally overwhelmed withthe minuscule amount of business he has, and tries to gain your trustwith over-promising (but always under-delivering!) Others: I couldnt get the laptop finished because I had to go out of country to visit my girlfriend(TWICE); Ill work on it tonight (today, etc) and give you a call tomorrow (4 times!). He had my laptop for over 2 months! He says he has corporate customers....well, if so, he should stick to them and leave the private individual alone - he doesnt have the first clue as to how to service them! No doubt hell respond to this with more excuses...do yourself a favor, and just bypass this IT Wannabee; he has no business doing business!

Everyone there was fair, honest, and helpful. They did not sell us something we did not need. They did not charge us for a diagnostic. We will trust them with our computer service

Took over 8 weeks to tell me it would be even longer to get a replacement motherboard for my laptop. Then after I had given a deposit and 8 weeks later cancelled the order and bought a replacement laptop, they claimed the part had suddenly arrived and still have not returned my deposit, even though they returned the part. Probably the worst experience with any business I have ever had. I hope Mr. Wilson returns my deposit as I have completely paid them for any diagnostic or file copying work we had done and 5 months later after I cancelled I still dont have my money. Even though he offered to mail me $50 every two weeks because funds are tight. Are you kidding me? Hopefully this can be kept out of small claims court, but so far theyre not very good at either communicating or living up to expectations. Even low ones.…...Adding now to my initial review the Owner has responded in an effort to minimize the appearance of his inaction. The truth is that I paid nearly $400 in a deposit to him to get a replacement part which he told be should take 3-4 weeks to arrive. In the interim I had him copy some data to an external hard drive which he did not complete accurately initially. I fortunately checked before taking it and made him complete the work before I left the state returning home with the understanding that he would overnight the computer to me when repaired. As the first 4 weeks went by I contacted him to get an updated estimate. He could not. I then repeated to him that I could not be without the computer for a long period of time, particularly with 40% of my data still on the uncopied solid state portion of the hard drives. I told him that I would be arriving back in Ohio in another couple of weeks and would need to take the computer back - repaired or not. When I arrived he still had no specific update on the delivery and told me it could take months further. At that point I cancelled the order and he agreed to return the deposit after 30 days. Soon after this I bought another computer to replace the failed one to get back to my necessary full operating capacity. I asked Paradigm at that point to copy the remainder of my hard drive information which he agreed to do by the time I need to leave the following week. Only after this did he inform me that the part had suddenly arrived without notifying me of the expected date previously. At this point I told him I obviously no longer needed the part and he should have known it was coming and advised me, which would have affected my buying a new computer. Then he told be he could not complete the copying of the C drive as he had told me because he needed additional equipment which would take more time. I told him I could not wait for that and demanded my computer be returned which he eventually did - and I still have it in its unrepaired state. Since then on multiple occasions he has said he would return my deposit but he has only sent me a check for $50 out my deposit. He has not indicated a reason to me other than apparent financial hardship. However this is my money - not his to use. Recently, after I posted my original review on Google he offered again to return most of the deposit, but only after I took down my reviews. This I refused to do as what I have posted is accurate and I have retained copies of texts and emails to prove it. And he has not refunded my deposit previously before the reviews were posted. So if you are a potential customer I can only advise you based on my own experience with this company that I would never do business with them again and if you are already doing business with them I strongly suggest you do not pay them anything up front - particularly if you are out of state. I fully expect Paradigm to respond to this posting with additional self-serving reconstructions. I typically do not do reviews but I sincerely feel based on my experience that this business cannot be trusted with computer repair work financial transactions.

Wow, the team at Paradigm IT does such impressive work and is at it again. Ive dealt with Chris Wilson, and he continues to go above and beyond. Several years ago he built me an Asus laptop that is still going strong without any hangups. Hes restored my mothers netbook, and now given me so much web marketing and computer advisement that I am well indebted. Much more than his technical skills and professionalism, however, the cliche of wanting to help people is no longer a cliche when dealing with Chris. He is one of the most transparently sincere and eager to sacrifice his time and energy for other people that I have ever met, and that alone has more than earned my business with him.

EDITED/UPDATED REVIEW:I did have some communication issues with the owner regarding my computer. Personal things happen, I understand, but all I requested was communication on their behalf when things go wrong or something comes up. (Make sure you keep in constant contact with the customer!!)However, the owner reached out to me and made things right as far as a refund for my repair is concerned - what was originally promised to me. Had I not waited so long for a repair and response, I would have given them a 5-star rating - they know what theyre doing. My original review is below, but since things ended agreeably, Im going to give them a VERY GENEROUS 4-star rating.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Would have been 1 star because of the absolute frustration Ive been through - lack of communication and still broken computer 4 months later - but 2 stars because they know their stuff.Heres the story: I heard about Paradigm IT Network via Amazon Home Services, but unfortunately, the owner did not want to work with me via Amazon Home Services. He let me know how much it would be to put in some new parts into my iMac and told me it would be done within one day. Well, delay after delay - which I was initially understanding about - led to me getting my computer back after three weeks during which time I had to spend more and more money for parts because he kept having to open up my computer. The parts were installed, but he scraped up my retina display and broke my internal speakers in the process. After ignoring me for about a month, I was finally able to get a hold of the owner again and he promised to fix it free of charge - but surprise! More delays one right after another. I had to move away so I had to take possession of my computer (with broken speakers) and promised to pay me a partial refund of the cost of fixing it and would forward the part to my new home because I would have to pay someone else to fix what he broke. Well, its been over a month now and again, hes ghosted - keeps promising to pay but still nothing and my speakers are still broken.I was hesitating to write this review because I know how bad reviews can hurt a small business, but I am fed up with being ignored and delayed and my computer is still not in the condition I expected it to be back in March (it is now July). Im disappointed that the owner has taken advantage of my patience and understanding.Buyer beware!
