Not enough cars to service business at large

Wish I could leave 0 stars. They took advantage of my daughter in the worst ways. And there’s so many others who have had similar situations. I wish I would ha e Google for her first…Both rentals that were rented broke down. Did not refund for the time they were down and renter was made to pay for tows. The first had a flat tire and when we went to put the spare on it was also flat. Had to leave the car overnight bc no one was available to help through merit. Then we paid for the tow and was made to fix the flat. Losing out on an entire day of the rental. Then the next rental was something more expensive bc it’s what they had and the transmission went out in it in the middle of the street after a few days of renting. And again we had to get it towed at our cost. So 2 days paid but not able to used AND we had to pay for tows. No one has attempted to make it right. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The cars are unsafe. I will be contacting the better business bureau and our lawyers.Edit- she has another car from them today and all the lights are on and it’s breaking down as well. It’s making a loud scraping noise. She was left with no options and had to take it… we returned it. No refund.That’s all 3 cars. All with emergency lights, check engine lights on, all making noises and falling apart. If she had another option she would have taken it but this is our 21 year old kid doing her best on her own. I’m so disappointed in this company.

Rented a car here for the week when my car was smashed by a tree. Good price, nice car and very friendly!!!
