Buchtell ave doing business as a ziebart franchise,took our car here for a remote start and small scratches,the remote start is great,the scratches,not so much(see the pics)looks like someone took nail polish and just painted over the clear coat,this after they had the car for three additional days after promised day,then when I complained about the obvious amateur job the response I got from the owner was i?t needs to go to a body shop,and Im not paying to fix it...dont ever take your car to these hacks!!! In response to owner I did call ziebart corporate,and emailed pics,the response I got was,all ziebarts are franchises and we dont stand behind their work,and is that franchises owners discretion on how they deal with customers complaints for shoddy work,as I said his response was it needs to go to a bodyshop,and Im not paying for it

I bought a 2015 Camaro LS but wanted it to look like a 2015 LZ1. Not an easy task! I took it to the Dealership I bought it from but they looked at me like I had three heads. They told me they dont do that. They referred me to Custom Trim. Nothing was impossible at Custom Trim! Whatever I wanted they did! She is my USS ENTERPRISE! Ok, Im a Trekie. The guys are great! Headed up with Joes bubbling personality, Had to dig him a little.! I couldnt be happier with everything. Now Joe is trying to talk me into Lambo Doors, I think he succeeded!

Took my 2010 Ford Fusion there every year as instructed. My car had rust last year and was repaired. Now there is rust under the passenger and drivers doors. Never again. I paid good money for a lousy job. A friend of mine told me that they must have put the undercoating on while it was wet. Dont waste your money.

I made an appointment with Custom Ziebart to do an undercoating on our new car. I have used Ziebart in the past and have always been pleased with the results.I showed up for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised. My appointment was supposed to last 2 1/2 hours, and so to fill in time I conversed with Mark who is one of their representatives. He pointed out products that I never knew existed. I appreciated his time and expertise.My car was done in 2 hours, and as I was getting ready to pay, I asked about the door edge protectors that are clear, and told him that I would make another appointment to get them done, and he said they would do them now do that I didn’t have to make another trip. I’m very pleased with the service, my wife is very happy that her door edges are protected, but you can’t see the edge pieces.I will go back to Custom Ziebart again, and I will tell my friends about the excellent service they provide and the fair pricing that they have for their products and service.LARRY E. They installed a remote starter for my wifes car years ago and I never had an issue. I recently had them transfer it to a different car. Professional, reliable and responsible.

Ive had three remote starts installed here. Dont let anyone else touch your cars wiring. They are extremely professional. They would have gotten five stars but did not have a supermodel wait on me.

I made an appointment for 10 AM, when I got there the big guy at the desk had an attitude and was not listening to me. I asked several times to match the tint on the front to the tint already on the rear. He was assuming what was already on the car without even bothering to look. I repeated a few times what I wanted and he wrote the wrong thing down. I checked in at 1 PM and my car had not even moved from where I parked it. I left and returned by Uber at 4 PM and still my car was in the same spot. When the tint guy came out I spoke with him and told him what I wanted and he said Oh, thats not what he wrote here (Just as I thought!) He completed the job and I left after 5. I was very disappointed with the service I received!

First time they left the vehicle inside completely dirty things all over the seats and just a complete mess. Second time they did not connect the rear tail light and they broke a plastic trim piece and hot glued it back together.I went back there today and explained my issues they intend to fix the mistakes along with a vehicle detail.

Ive had 2 vehicles tinted there and a remote starter installed. Theyve always done good work for me. Im super picky. Lexus and a Tundra.

I was not able to purchase what I needed at this time but he was overwhelmingly helpful gave me a book told me exactly what I needed to do and if I could use his services to please come back

Disappointed.Referred by local car dealership, Van Devere, and was told they were the “best”. Sadly, this was not my experience.I was quoted a price over the phone for all windows, then either mis-quoted or not properly informed on the new price when I ask for only rear-windows to be tinted.My car was taken into the garage for an hour as I waited in the waiting room, only to find out the employee who performs the tints was not yet on site. Was informed to leave and would receive a call when employee arrives. Waited till a couple hours before the shop closed, before I personally called the shop, only to find out that the tint employee was already there and finishing a tint job.Rescheduled an appointment (different day), was not offered any discount for situation, until I ask for. Was eventually offered a discount however off a price for service which was way higher then expected. Called a local competitor to get another quote for same films and the new discounted price I was offered was only a small amount lower than his standard price.Ended up:-wasted entire day of work waiting to get serviced (still didn’t have windows finished)-mis-informed on price of service-left feeling undervalued and disgruntled as a customerWill be passing along experience to friends at Van Devere.

Outstanding professional service on window tinting on my 2014 Mercedes lots of complimentson my new look ...looking forward to having others things done in the future.

I went there to have the glass in my moonroof replaced because a stone came up just right and shattered it. I had great service to start; they got me right in and out without any problems. While driving it, I discovered the seal was not right and that you can hear air seeping it. I called back to find out if anything could be done to fix it, and the guy on the phone become extremely defensive and rude and basically told me that I was out of luck. I thought about going back to have some after-market work done, but I wont anymore after that phone call. A company always has to stand behind their service or product.
