After driving down to their dealership, I spoke with a salesman about a vehicle, he said it was in the back and he would go find it. he says its in the shop because there was an issue with and the entire front dash was ripped out. as soon as it was put back together he would give me a call. two weeks later I received a call saying that the car was sold for more than asking and if I was interested in something else. I didnt know it was an auction house. I was told I shouldve put a deposit down... On a vehicle that was in pieces... And not seen. Interesting way of doing business. Be carefulUpdate: the manager contacted me, and said staff member that called me was mistaken, and everything he said was incorrect. Hes going to disappoint him, and offer a possible deal when the become is ready. So Im. impending my start from 1 to 3

I love the car I found at Perfect Auto, and had a good buying experience, however with any used car there may be hidden issues. Mine is that after a couple of days the Check engine light came on and I have detected 7 diagnostic code errors present. I bought the car for a project, and Im handy with repairs, so Im sure Ill get it back on the road soon without too much major expense.

All around great experience with Jomar.I was skeptical at first about purchasing online, but these guys are selling some quality vehicles.The only issue is the vehicle was delivered with an active telltale which will need to be taken into a dealership to fix.

It upsets me greatly that I even had to write a review about my extremely poor experience. I have given this company many chances to make this right, but in the end they didn’t come through. Now I’m left disappointed with a broken vehicle that I’ve had to pour money into just to get it to a reliable state.My dealings with Perfect Auto Collection started back in mid May, when I was hunting for a BMW M3 convertible. My intent was to trade my older Porsche Boxster. I loved the Porsche, but wanted more room. So I spent a couple days driving back and forth from Lakewood to Akron test driving several of the options they had on the lot. In the end I settled on an E46 M3 that checked most of our boxes. I know what I’m getting into with older German cars as I currently own 4 Germans and have had E46s previously. In general I was happy with the sales process and didn’t have any major complaints.The problems started very quickly after I got the vehicle home. Within hours I noticed a small oil leak. Within a few days the small leak wasn’t small anymore, and another leak had formed from the rear differential, along with some loud clunking noises from the rear end. I emailed the company to see if they would be willing to investigate themselves before I took it to my mechanic, giving them a chance to make things right. They did take the car, but I wouldn’t see it again for nearly 2 months.Once they had the car it was determined that there was a leak from the rear main seal(!), which would require major service. From then on it was like pulling teeth to get any answers about the status of repairs. I consistently reached out to Ameer and Dennis weekly (admittedly sometimes a couple times a week) to get an update. Oftentimes I would get no reply at all, meaning I had to call to get someone on the phone, where I was still left with no answers on the status of repairs. I counted 5 emails that went completely unanswered by either Dennis, or Ameer. Not once was there any proactive communication.After 5 long weeks of this mostly one-side back and forth while getting no straight answers, we finally got some movement. They told me my car was ready. I had previously requested that they flat-bed the car back to me (to avoid mileage and potential damage from the drive), but now I was being told that couldn’t be done, but that they could have a porter drive it to me. Frustrated, I decided to just take the afternoon off work to retrieve the car personally. I showed up and was pretty quickly told they were working on finding the key. So we browsed around the showroom for quite a while. They never found the key. They lost the key to my car after having it in service for over a month. Assuming I would be leaving with my vehicle, I had sent my ride home back to Lakewood (nearly an hour away) much earlier. So adding insult to injury, I had no ride home.They offered to pay for an Uber home and for my dinner that night, and also to have the car delivered to me when it was ready. I did take a ride share home that night, and that ride gave me a lot of time to think about how terrible this experience has been. I’ve yet to be compensated for anything.A couple weeks go by and I’m just more and more frustrated. They told me that the locking mechanism on the drivers side door was broken, so they would fix that too. Great, but it feels like stalling! Once they got a new key, it spent some time at BMW to get reprogrammed (At least another week there).Finally, when the car was ready, I was once again disappointed to learn they couldn’t deliver it to me. I had to pick it up.I got the car back a couple of weeks ago and immediately I struggled to determine if they had done any work to it at all. It still leaks oil, presumably from different places (I hope). The door lock they said they would fix is still broken. The Driver-side speaker is not working. An ignition coil pack went bad and in the end I had to replace all of them. It’s almost worse than when I gave it to them. The only thing I have to show for this experience is a new key.Avoid.

Purchased my 2006 Cayenne Turbo at perfect auto collection, and let me tell you, what an amazing experience. I flew in Monday, and was picked up from the airport by the sales manager Ameer. As soon as I made it into the warehouse I was greeted immediately by Ron (Salesman), he collected the paperwork and assured me it will be processed within the hour. He gave the me the keys to their Maserati Gran Turismo Loaner Car and suggested a delicious restaurant in the heart of Akron while the papers were processing. Within 30 or so minutes he called me and tells me everything is ready to go. Packed my lunch to go and headed back, picked up my car and drove 1300 trouble free miles to my destination. The building doesnt seem like much from the outside, but once inside, I was stunned by the quality of the showroom. All the staff were friendly. They were efficient, but not pushy. They had a great price on the car I was looking for, and it was spotless inside and out. I drove from Cleveland and it was worth the trip.

I bought a 2013 ford Fusion last year may 2020 a beautiful car on the outside but a lemon on the inside. 1 month in my air compressor went out and I no longer had A/C. Around the 8 month mark of having my car the transmission went out. I drive my car everyday to work which is only a 10 minute drive. Luckily I purchased the warranty because if not I wouldve gotten rid of the car. My warranty isnt through their business so overall they cant help. The only advice I can give you is to make sure within the first two month get your car checked to make sure that everything is running properly and be careful. Yes they have beautiful cars dont let it get you away from handling business.

I was browsing online for a BMW 340XI with specific features (e.g. Sapphire Black Metallic exterior, Black with Dark Oyster interior, M Sport package, etc.) and I found one within reasonable distance and at fair price which I could afford; it was at Perfect Auto Collection.When I emailed them to inquire about test-driving the vehicle, Ron answered within a short period of time and informed me that I may test-drive it during anytime within their hours of business.Upon entering the dealership, Ron greeted me, and was very friendly. He allowed me to inspect it and test-drive it for as long as I wanted to. He asked me what I thought of it when I returned from test-driving it, and I explained to him that I was interested in it but concerned about a noise coming from a front wheel. He offered to have a technician diagnose and fix the problem for me, at their expense, to which I agreed.We began the process of obtaining a loan for me to finance the vehicle and he managed to get a fairly low rate on my loan that was not compromised by its longer term to maturity.When an agreement for the loan was ready, Stephanie helped to explain all of the documents to me and guide me through them. The process wasnt painfully long and Stephanie was very pleasant.Ron promptly called me within a few days after I first test-drove the vehicle, to inform me that it had been fixed. I test-drove it again and was satisfied by the repair. Stephanie spoke with me and thanked me for the business before I drove it back to my home.I highly recommend the dealership for their excellent service and staff in addition to their lot of beautiful vehicles.

Purchased a nice Cadillac 3 weeks ago.The deal was $9000 out the door. Means financing only$9000 plus Gap car insurance.Today January 11 the went to 717 credit union to pay my first payment was shocked to know I am financing $12500!!!!!!!!!!I texted Jomar to explain what went wrong? Not even 2 hours I got a call from Ameer telling me I had insurance on the car which was added on and hes willing to take it off the deal plus the refund for $310 on the car price we agreed on.Ameer put me in a nice car even with a credit score less than 700. I purchased an audi last month and had a great experience overall. Sales process was efficient, informative and professional- I didn’t deal with the typical pushiness/hassle that many people face when purchasing a used car. Ryan and his sales team were professional, fair and transparent through each step of the process. They have a great selection and have some very hard to find luxury and exotic cars. Alex was very helpful with financing and warranty protection. It went so incredibly well that I’m sitting here roughly 3 weeks later purchasing another audi for my wife but I highly recommend taking a look if you see something on their website or visit in person.

The dealership is nice, has a great selection of luxury preowned cars in their showroom. The purchase process was simple, and Tony was easy to work with.The car however did not have two keys with it, and that was not disclosed to us prior to making the purchase. In addition, we found out later that the wheel lock key was missing. Ken at the dealership did however work with us to resolve both these issues in an acceptable fashion after the purchase was complete. Overall happy with shopping at this dealership.

Beautiful dealership with highly accommodating staff. You can tell that youre getting quality, the minute you round the mini bar, into the showroom. The inventory is stunning. More importantly the sales staff is right there, I was greeted immediately. I found my vehicle, through car gurus, which facilitated my initial contact with my salesman, Keith. He was very prompt in his communication. I wrapped up my sale with the sales manager Ron, got to meet the owner and even was able to utilize its sister body shop. There were a few nicks in the paint on my 2017 STI that I wanted touched up and they had their body guy, Sean come pick it up. Their body shop did a wonderful job, i got to walk in and see it in the paint station. I would certainly recommend stopping in, too take advantage of their pricing and inventory.

I have not in the past enjoyed the experience of purchasing a vehicle (usually was not excited about the vehicle because of the purchasing experience) This was not the case with perfect auto. The 2020 Ford Fusion that we purchased was as advertised and buying was completely painless.Ron and Stephanie were great and very accommodating. Thanks again for being straight forward about the vehicle advertising on line. I will definitely pass on this dealership to family and friends.
