Go somewhere else.The business model of we take walk ins! But also have scheduled appointments every 15 minutes! Does not work, particularly with Covid. The turn over rate of people in the very very small waiting room is extremely high and no cleaning precautions are taken. Walls are thin so patient privacy is a huge concern. Even with a normal speaking voice, the sound travels into the waiting room and hallway space. We walked in at opening, 7am and it is 20 minutes to 9, and we are still waiting. Having only one phlebotomist in this busy location, who is short tempered and obviously overworked is not ideal.

I called a day ahead to let them know I would be walking-in the next day. She let me the best time to come and worked her best to squeeze me in. Great service would highly recommend.

This place is almost impossible to access due to their weird hours of operation, especially if you have a full-time job. They say they close at 12, but they stop testing at 11:30 so be weary. The person at the desk was nice explaining it at least.9/27/19: I gave 1 extra star because their staff is very friendly.

Seriously the best lab Ive ever been to. I didnt have the correct papers for my lab work, but they were very nice and helpful about it. They were even helping call my doctor. Their pricing was very economical, the wait was short, and they drew my blood no problem.

Good location, friendly staff, clean! Staff-Laura went above and beyond to get a requisition faxed from my wellness group, I appreciate all that she did to assist me and make this a smooth transaction!!!

Refused to do my pre employment screening because I had my 2 year old with me. I could understand if I had a 5 or 6 year old but seriously a 2 year old! It took me most of the day to get the kid ready and go print out the paperwork for this woman to act like I was going to have my 2 year old pee in a cup! If it was that big of a issue she could have came in the bathroom with us for all I care. Not everyone has access to a babysitter. My child doesnt start daycare until I start my job.

I walked in, had an issue that Diane helped me with immediately. Then she took my blood quickly and painlessly. The experience was wonderful! One lady, working all by herself. Amazing.

Turned us away trying to get blood work done. Said they dont accept our insurance. I called and doubled checked that they do. The woman outright lied to us. It was hard enough to get the time in for 1 day and they wasted it. AVOID THIS PLACE! They lie they keep you waiting and are not worth your time.

Set my drug testing time for 9:45, company took walk-ins before myself and another persons scheduled appointments at 9:30 and 9:45. Will definitely be choosing a different location in the future.

I called to reschedule my appointment Monday January 21 2019 the receptionist picked the phone several time hanging up on me. Not picking up the phone answering “Hello” Thank you for calling labcore. Just picking up the phone not saying anything then hanging up. Very unprofessional, I hope corporate see this and handles this employee. If you don’t like your job quit!

Everything seemed fine except they seem understaffed. One person running the desk and everything else as well, while a lot of people waited outside.

Terrific experience. Originally made appt online for blood work as I’m visiting from out of town and my Dr back in TX requested thyroid panel. I instantly received confirmation and reminder emails. System put the appt in my phone calendar. Check in was super fast with new computer system at lab. But the BEST was that Laura showed me a way to save $ on my labwork (because I’m private pay) - saved me over HALF the cost. Second bonus is she got my usually shy vein on the first try - that never happens at the lab I usually go to. Definitely try this location of LabCorp!

Horrible service!!! I called to make an appointment and they told me i had to make my appointment online. I work....i dont have time. Lazy people!!! I see why they have bad ratings..

Ive been waiting here for an hour, there is just one person working, and she is in no rush. There are people standing in the waiting room. I called before and the message said that you dont need appointments. Clearly you need an appointment if you cant manage your time.

I always make a reservation on line, even just the day before I go. That way there is no wait. treated in a kind and respectful manner. And they remember me!

No waiting the tech was very kind and friendly. In and out very quickly.

I arrived there just a little bit before 11 am and the lady told me that I have to come back at 1 pm because they close at 11 for drug screen. The sign outside their door and the paper I have printed off says that drug screen is until 11:30 am and that they are close for lunch from 12-1 pm. So who is lying? The sign outside their door and the paper that I have or the lady working in there? Its BS and a total waste of my time and gas.

There was only ONE person working, I waited far too long to even be seen to get my information down. It was absolutely unacceptable, even with an appointment it took an extremely long time.

I found labcorps phone system miserable they kept me on the line waiting for a rep to pick up then after 10 min they just hang up on you, When I tried a second time they did the same thing.
