DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are vile people who called me a racial slur because I refused service after reading other reviews. I’ve been getting harassed for 3 days by this company and now threatened. Spend the extra for real professionals. Believe me it will be worth it. I’m glad I didn’t allow these people in my home

We contacted Patrick’s Pest Control/Pat’s heat treat for assistance with bed bugs. Our sons room was infested with bed bugs and we needed help right away. Both Patrick and his girlfriend came to our house. His girlfriend had given us the receipt after the initial treatment and we paid $400 in cash. She stated that they will stop by again for a second treatment in 2 weeks. There was also a promotion of 44 days guarantee if we had taken a video of any other bugs we have found. We had taken a video of a bed bug and her response was “cool”. We kept messaging the number provided on the site to get them to come back for the second treatment and there was always an issue with them and they couldn’t come to us. The last time we contact them they stated there was a 6 hour wait for cabs due to the holiday since they didn’t have a car anymore. We messaged them saying we can pick them up so they can get this issue taken care of. Then they changed the story to they were both sick and couldn’t come out. They had rescheduled for another day and when I asked for a time frame they said they would keep us updated. Of course, they didn’t keep us updated and never showed up either. We messaged them early morning the next day and did not get a response. In the afternoon, we gave them a call and there was no response either. Then we messaged them that we were going to report them to the BBB and local authorities and they magically messaged back saying they were in the hospital. After a simple of “right” she then became very hostile and started cursing me out through text. They also saw one of our sex toys when they were in our room and she decided she would try to threaten me with posting a picture of it if we put a photo of the nasty messages she sent. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOMES!! They are scammers and this is a fraudulent company.

He inspected the property, determined there were squirrels inside and set up a trap. After a few weeks, nothing had been caught in the trap. Patrick and his wife called me repeatedly requesting to pick up their trap and the set-up fee. It seems they were more interested in getting paid than helping solve my pest problem.Also, Im not sure why I was expecting the guy from the picture on the companys homepage to come to my house, but that is NOT the owner and his family.

I had Patrick come spray my residence recently for bed bugs because he sprayed once before about a year ago and I believe someone brought them back because Patrick got rid of them completely. He was there on time, very friendly, and definitely knew what he was doing. Im now bug free again. Thank you Patrick!!!

Horrible business!!!!..I should have read these reviews as when I used this service a few years ago, I had no problems which is why I recommended them to begin with. Not sure what happened over the years to this so called service..they scammed my 76 year old Mother out her money who is on a fixed income!!! First bee problem, they never finished removing the nest still has activity in the tree that he said he would remove it never did!! second bee problem treated it and advised they would return to fill the entry hole and never did now their phone is not accepting incoming calls!! This is not right and fair to consumers who trust you will do what they pay you to do...how would you like it if this was done to you and ur Family?

Well My boyfriend used them and they had told us they would be back in two weeks we have been trying to get in touch with them ever sonce gave them plenty of time to respond luckily we have the phone conversation with them recorded from the first time stating they would be back in two times.So now we have reached out to the lawyer to handle and resolve this. I would tell everyone if you use them record the conversations so you have evidence as we do :)

I called at 7 PM Monday they were responsive and got out to my house the next morning when every other place was going to take forever Patrick was extremely nice and he did a great job I recommend him for any pest needs thank you!!!!

I took a chance and hired them. Even great companies have disgruntled customers, right? Well, every bad review below is true. We hired them because we had a tenant who was absolutely freaked out because she had mice, and we needed an authority figure to convince her we were taking the issue seriously. Patrick agreed to treat for mice, spray outside, seal up any gaps, and come back weekly for three weeks. We figured that would help our tenant fell calmer. Well, Patrick showed up in a beat-up old truck with a sign stuck on the side. He put down a couple of glue traps and a couple of bait traps, and sprayed the outside halfheartedly with a pump sprayer. Then he wanted payment. I asked about sealing up the gaps. I dont have any spray foam, so Ill have to come back and do that this afternoon. Huh? Youre coming to treat for mice and you dont have the most basic materials for closing up gaps? I told him that, based on the bad reviews hed gotten, I didnt feel comfortable paying him until he had completed the job. He hopped in his truck, roared off, and came back a couple of minutes later with the foam. I guess he didnt really have to wait until the afternoon to do it.He rescheduled for a week later, then canceled due to truck problems. (Sound familiar?) I waited 5 days and called him back. He said hed come on Saturday. Tenant took the day off from work to meet him and he never showed up. He said hed come first thing Sunday. Never showed up. Now he wont answer his phone when I call. Now our tenant wants to break her lease and move early because of the rodent problem. NEVER HIRE THIS GUY!Patrick, if you try to claim youve never heard of us, I will be happy to post a photo of the receipt you gave me.

Came 90 minutes late. Said they went into crawl space, but never came into house to access crawl space. Asked if the rat poison they put in there would be accessible to our dog or kids, they said no it was inside under the crawl space. I went outside after they left and found this. They NEVER went in house under crawl space and thus us easily accessible to kids and dogs. Called multiple times, no returned phone call either. So disappointed in a company. DO NOT CALL THEM!

Patrick came out on 6/22 and sprayed my house for bed bugs. We filled out a contract and scheduled a 2 week follow up right then and there. The day came for the 2nd treatment but no on showed or called. So I called a couple days later and left a voicemail asking why no one showed or called. I have a 2 yr old who is being eaten up by these bugs, and also a baby due in a couple weeks. Bed bugs are not gone at all, and actually seem to be worse. Tell me why I payed $260 for someone to come into my home and just spray one time and never contact me again? I have a family and dont make much money. I could have saved it and spent it elsewhere. Dont understand why sometime with a business wouldnt want whats best for their customers.**EDIT**: In many reviews, he states he has no record of such accounts but it is a continuous lie. I have paper documents. Obviously, numerous people would not make up the same thing about this business over and over again if it werent true.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. I called looking for service to remove skunks from under our porch. I left a message on a voicemail that didn’t sound like a business voicemail, but went ahead and left one. I received a call back about 6 hours later. I received a call from Christy Crosby and explained what I needed done. She said she needed $100 to set the trap and wanted me to send the money thru a service called Cash which I’ve never heard of. I asked if I could put on a credit card and was told no. I then asked about PayPal and she agreed to that. I received a text that evening that they could t set the trap because of having to work late. I then texted the following day to ask if the trap was able to be set and was told she was held up at work and wasn’t able to. I then told her I’d like to cancel the service call and to refund my $100. She said she was not able to because it was already spent on bills and I would receive the refund in a month. It should of been refunded two weeks ago and still hasn’t been. I’ve sent three messages asking for it, and no response to any of them. After reading other reviews I can see why this company has horrible reviews. I should of read these before calling. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well, which I saw quite a few complaints with them as well.I received a response from the company stating they never received the text messages. I will attach photos of the text screenshots. Also replied that it’s only August 2nd and refunds haven’t been processed yet this month. My refund was supposed to be given last month.

I called Patricks for help with my moms squirrel problem--first phone call was fabulous and the woman (Patricks wife) made an appointment with my mom for the upcoming Monday. On Saturday NIGHT at 10:15, she called my mom to reschedule to Sunday--to which my mom reluctantly agreed (odd that the phone call was so late at night). Patricks wife then called her back at 10:45 (at night!!) and told my mom the shed need the $50 start-up fee right then because Patrick had a bill he had to pay.When my mom told me about the late night phone calls, I called Patricks and spoke to his wife who not only denied the 10:45pm call (but its on called ID) but also proceeded to call me a b!t@h for telling her that I want them to never contact my mom again.Seriously, this was SO not OK!!!The BBB will be hearing about this Monday morning--no excuse for this type of predatory behavior.

Wow they are very very unprofessional 100 percent do not go to them at all find somewhere else ... Patricks pest control is amazing. The first time I called him, was for bed bugs. The price was great, and within two sprays (heavy infestation) they were totally gone! I called him again to get rid of another pest issue just recently. He was time (he even let me reschedule...which was very nice), he was professional and so far the infestation has died down. I will always recommend him, and I have a few times!

Absolutely do not do business with them. I plan to report to BBB. They showed up for initial treatment and we paid the full amount. They did not show up again despite multiple attempts to contact them. Big scam and horrible business!

Canceled twice, the first time I was understanding, and the second time 30 minutes before the appointment through text message. Not very professional.

I called Patricks Pest Control to get rid of fleas in my home. He inspected aND informed me of BedBugs he found in our couch. He and I looked in my bedroom and found more Bed Bugs. He explained his process and price and details of the warranty. I couldnt believe it was so cheap. I payed $150 for each bedroom and the entire remainder of home was free. He definitely got rid of the Bed Bugs. Thank God. I now have a bug free home and a warranty. I highly recommend Patricks Pest Control, especially if you have BedBugs. He knows everything about them. This business is a husband and wife team of scammers -- Patrick and Christy Crosby. I found out the hard way.Ive detailed my experience to help you make a decision whether you want to entrust them to help you in your time of desperation. I called several pest control companies and received varying prices, but Patricks was by far the least expensive. They had a fairly high Google rating even though most of the recent ratings were very negative. Before hiring them, I asked about this and they said it is because Patrick drives an old 1984 truck -- I should have pressed this, but I was stupid because I wanted to trust them because the price was so inexpensive! On my second call, his wife Christy told me if I had them out that night, they would knock $100 off the price and extend their guarantee from 44 days to 60 days. They also required that I pay in cash or via an app called Cash, the latter is what I used.Patrick and Christy showed up around 10pm driven by a friend who waited in his car for the hour or so they spent inside my home. Patrick appeared to treat my home thoroughly and the chemical had a fairly strong smell that was gone by morning while Christy insisted that I pay in cash and that she would send me a contract in the morning. Patrick told me how he is an ordained minister and that I should expect the pests to be worse for the next couple of days. Before they left, we set up a follow-up appointment for 2 weeks later (per their contract which they did finally send me 3 days later).They were worse -- but for the next 2 weeks, not just 2 days!On Monday, I texted to confirm our appointment on Tuesday. They replied, Yes 10am tomorrow as long as truck is ok. At 9:42am, I asked if they will be arriving on time and got a reply The truck is messed up wiring issue. When I asked when theyll be out, I was told Hes gonna put it in the shop he cant figure it out. So, I pressed them for a rescheduled time and they told me 1pm tomorrow. At 12:32 the next day, I received this message Hey I just bought a new alternator because thats what the shop said was wrong with it and now it wont start at all. I pressed them to find out why they were able to get a ride to come out for the first treatment, but not for the second. Initially, I was told I have no ride there all at work. When I asked if he could come after their work, I was told that the person is a tow truck driver and That person goes to bed at 8pm to get up at 2am for work, so no. I continued to press them to reschedule, so they said Friday morning at 10am. On Friday at 8:58am, I received this text Hey were gonna have to make it later after my sons Drs appointment. I asked them to provide the time and they said I will when his appointment is done I dont know how long Ill be here.That was the last message I received from them. Ive tried calling several times and sent 10 more text messages asking when they are coming or rescheduling, etc. They have ignored all of them.So long story short, I paid cash for a worthless contract that promises a 60 day guarantee and 14 day follow-up treatment and am still dealing with the pests. I have my doubts that the chemical they used is even designed to kill the bugs were battling. Please dont fall for the lie, cheap offering and the published credentials! The old adage bit me: you get what you pay for!

THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT FOR 120.00 WHICH WAS CHEAPER THAT OTHER PLACES (GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR) SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT AT 6PM THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME....SHOWED UP IN A BEAT UP OLD TRUCK WITH SELF PAINTED BUSINESS NAME ON IT....HE WAS WEARING SWIMMING TRUCKS A POLO SHIRT AND SANDLES TO CLIMB ON MY ROOF ..HE USED A LATTER THAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GONNA BREAK I PAID THEM 120.00 PLUS 30.00 FOR THE HORNETS NEST HE FOUND ON MY ROOF TO BE SPRYD.THE WIFE SAID THEY NEEDED TO GO GET MORE SUPPLIES TO COVER THE ENTRY WAY TO WHERE THE BATS GO IN AT THAT THEY WOULD BE BACK LATER THAT NIGHT....IN THE MEAN TIME THEY WERE TALKING TO OUR NEIGHBOR WHO ALSO GOT HIS CARD CUASE THEY HAVE BATS AS WELL. I TEXTED HER A FEW HOURS LATER ASKED WHAT TIME THEY ARE COMING BACK SHE SAID IT WOULD BE THE NEXT DAY ON AUG 3 I ASKED HER WHAT TIME SHE SAID I DONT KNOW I HAVE TO ASK......SO I TEXTED HER AFTER WORK HER RESPONSE WAS CAN YOU HAVE YOUR NEIGHBOR CALL US ...I TOLD HER HER I WOULD LET MY HUSBAND KNOW SHE SAID THEY NEEDED TO ORDER SUPPLIES AND WOULD BE OUT NEXT WEEK ...LATER THAT NIGHT I GET ANOTHER TEXT FROM THEM ASKING IF I TALKED TO MY NEIGHBOR … I TOLD HER MY HUSBAND KNOWS AND HE WILL LET THEM KNOW..... SO ON FRI AUG 10 I CALLED HER TO SEE WHEN THEY CAN MAKE IT AND GET THE JOB DONE BECAUSE I WANTED TO POWERWASH MY HOUSE....NO REPONSE...I TEXT HER ON MON AUG 13 NO REPONSE SO I CALLED AT 5PM TO SEEWHAT WAS GOING ON PATRICK ANSWERED SAID THE WOULD BE OUT ON AUG 14 AT 6 PM...GUESS WHO DIDNT SHOW UP …..AWFUL AWFUL BUSINESS ...THIS IS PARTLY MY FAULT DEF SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS AND NOT PAID UP FRONT …...LESSON LEARNED FOR SURE....SHOULD OF KNOWN IT WAS A SCAM THE MOMENT THEY PULLED IN MY DRIVEWAY …..PLUS THE WIFE DID MOST OF THE TALKING …...PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE US SOMEONE THAT IS ACTUALLY QUALIFED NOT SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME THEY WERE INSPIRED BY BILLY THE EXTERMINATOR...OR SOMONE WHO BANGS ON THE CORNER OF YOUR HOUSE A COULPLE TIMES....THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY PATHETIC AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR STEALING PEOPLES MONEY

Started the process of setting sticky traps in my pantry and left. Rescheduled multiple times stating their car broke down. Im done with them. What a rip off. Took out a dead mouse, set multiple sticky traps and charged me $150.00.

Horrible service! Came out to treat was supposed to come back in 2 weeks to do a retreat. Kept rescheduling on me its been almost a month I still have not had my second treatment. Then was waiting on him to arrive and he said that he showed up at my house knock three times and left and that he had to charge me a $100 service charge but yet he was never there three people were home one in the living room and one upstairs and we were all watching for him I left to go to my meeting at 10:36 a.m. And by that time he said he was already gone but yet I texted him and asked him if he was on his way because I was watching for him then then refuse to give me a refund or waive the service fee when he didnt even try to contact anyone like a normal business would do not go through this company oh and as you see below he States he tried to work it out yesterday. But I have every text message stating he wouldnt give me a refund or waive my fee. And have a voicemail of his wife cussing me out that is saved as well. Please save yourselves the trouble of going through these ppl. If any of you have been treated this way through this company feel free to email me because I see a lot of you have also reviewed on being harrased as well as called with foul language etc. Your wife has nothing to do with the company but yet she is the one whos name is on my paperwork. So that would make my contract null and void.

As seems to be the trend here Patrick scheduled a second appointment with me, texted the day of saying he’ll have to reschedule due to a family emergency. Being he is the one that cancelled I figured once he gets his family situation taken care of he would text or call to reschedule. Never happened. Once I did contact him I was informed I’d have to pay an extra $120 to get the second treatment. As I read through other reviews it is obvious that this is how he regularly conducts his “business”. Luckily I still have the text on which he stated HE will have to reschedule, and I’ve sent that and the contract over to my lawyer. They take advantage of people quite often as is proof by the reviews on here, they chose the wrong person this time since I have a lawyer on standby at all times for my business.*Edit* he claimed he even offered to waive fees which is not true at all. He said he’d cut the price on the job he didn’t finished and canceled on (something you can see he did to many people) in half. A conman and a liar.

I had done business before with patrick he has always done a wonderful job every time he has come out, a few months back i had bed bugs and he came right out the same day and treated for them and i havent seen a bug since, i recommend patricks pest control for your pest needs

Had a pretty bad Experience trying to get an estimate from Patrick at Patricks Pest Control on one of my vacation rentals out in Akron, OH . showed up about 2 to 3 hours late to do the estimate and still charged me a service charge for coming out.Not good for business!!!
