We cant say enough about the excellent experience we had with Julie and the team at Lumberjacks. Our plans went through a few changes from start to finish and Julie was always in tune with what our needs were and what to do to make everything come together perfectly. Everything was on time, the Kraftmaid cabinets and the Cambria countertops are stunning. One of the challenges was to get the right shade of white as Kraftmaid has a color match program and we were sticking with white appliances. Not a problem at Lumberjacks at all! We may be the only people with a cabinet color called Woodlawn Dewmist, but it works flawlessly in the design. Julie took our very Brady Kitchen and brought it into th 21st Century! We now feel like the Jetsons and not the Bradys anymore. Poor Alice is so discombobulated. Before and after pics attached.

Dont waste your time. Absolutely the worst customer care. Went in to spend quite a bit of money and couldnt get anyone to help. We even asked the two people by the door for help and they looked at us and didnt say a word. (Women in her 60s on the left and an old man on the right)Instead of keeping my money locally I guess Ill have to go the the big box stores.

Talked with Aiden who was supposed to handle the jbowers account. Had a cabinet door break from a job in 2006. He stated they dont repair or do replacement doors. Very unprofessional. If you make cabinets out of oak and still use oak for cabinets why would you not ;e able to replace a whole door. I will never use them again.

I love the work that I have seen this company do. However, when I walked in, I had a gentlemen ask me what I want and when I described the vanity, he just said they dont make them in that size. Later that day, I submitted a request via the website and received a response with several examples of what I wanted. Because of the dishonesty, I ordered through Hartville Hardware.

Our first appointment went well. We needed to replace one 48 inch cabinet because of water damage. The person that assisted there was very helpful in helping us find the cabinet we needed.The poor customer service experience was 4-6 weeks later when the special order arrived. I called to schedule a pickup. A Saturday was most convenient for our schedule to pick up. I was told that wasnt typical protocol but that they would pull the cabinet and have it available. When we got there everyone was busy with other customers. Thats fine, but an acknowledgment that we were in the store would have been nice. I finally had to approach someone. Finally, we were told where to pull around the building but not without being told this is why we dont have pickups on Saturday. The gate was closed so I had to go back in the store to get further directions--when again the unhappiness that we were there for a pickup was apparent. It was make clear that we were a complete interruption in the day. We spent over $500 on one cabinet --certainly not the size of sale of a complete kitchen or bathroom. But non the less, a customer. I didnt mind waiting my turn, but the rudeness I experienced was uncalled for. Based on this experience I will find other options when we are ready to remodel other bathrooms or spaces in our home that require cabinets.

Got a job. The office around from Lumberjacks Kitchens & Baths is Steady Care LLC will be working for them as a caregiver.

They set up our countertop installation and we love the final result! Mile was helpful and responsive any time we had a question. They are easy to get ahold of, flexible, and friendly. The whole process only took about a month from our first sample viewing to installation. Would definitely recommend!

We have had several dealings with this company and have been very pleased each time. They provide excellent service and the pricing is extremely fair when compared to other competitors with similar items. We will continue to use them in the future for other projects and recommend them to others if looking for Cabinetry.

My husband and I had an appointment on Saturday morning, March 3rd. We arrived on time and when we entered the store we were not even greeted by the man sitting by a desk. We had to make the first contact and it turns out he was the one we were meeting with and he was expecting us. I believe his name was Aidan, not quite sure because he did not introduce himself. We showed him a rough sketch of our kitchen with measurements. My husband had made a copy of the sketch and cut off the end with the measurement of the middle bay window over our sink. We knew the measurement and told him that. He kept pointing to that window and saying that was a critical measurement and he doesnt know how he can even give us an estimate of what we wanted and even be close. He could be $10,000 off. We said the measurement is 48 and he just kept saying he doesnt know what he can do for us. We took the sketch out of his hand and walked out. This took all of less than three minutes. I have never been treated more rudely by a salesperson in my life. Funny though we took that sketch to two other salespeople at two different stores and they were able to work with it and give us pretty accurate estimates while we sat there. Lumberjacks loss. I did call the manager on Monday to relate my story and it is now Friday and I have yet to receive a return call. I wouldnt do business with them.
