Picked up nail/screw in both front and rear drivers side tires. Was closest ture shop so I pulled in. Cost $40 total to put in a $3 plug, only to find out the next morning the front tire was still losing air. I didnt bother going back.

We have been customers for 10 years. We took our truck in at 8 am for a simple service. Called at noon for an update. No answer. We drove down for an update. They hadnt touched it yet. Called at 2 pm for an update...they dont answer. Drove down at exactly 230 pm. They are closed. Truck locked in garage. We need our truck for work on monday. We were here 30 minutes before closing. They never communicated that they were closing early to see if we needed our vehicle. We are so so disappointed. We will Neverreturn

Personally, I had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and super helpful. The manager Tricia, even made sure everything was going well and offered any assistance while I was waiting for 4 new tires to be put on my car. Will definitely be back!

Charged me almost $1000 to replace a fuel pump. Wouldnt be an issue if I hadnt already told them I just replaced the fuel pump and make sure there isnt something else wrong. Besides that, my tailgate got damaged and my fuel filler area is now loose. To top it off, I went back and asked if they could do specific work (I did hours of research and found the actual problem with my truck) and the mechanic said that wasnt the problem. He would do other work (which Im sure he would be happy to charge me for). I ended up taking it to the dealer for the work I requested and it was fixed. I will not go back. Not even for my free tire rotations. They have lost my business forever and I do not recommend them for anyone.

Had my brakes done here and they didnt even last 10k miles. Lady refused to back the warranty claiming I am livery cause I drive for Lyft which is completely false. If I was livery, Id have livery plates, livery insurance, marked van, and be driving a high end $75k car. Not a Dodge Grand Caravan! Since I have filed with the BBB where they are rated 1star with nothing but complaints of this place. All recent too. I have called other shops in Akron with this situation and they all said the same thing, BACK THE WARRANTY! I had to hire a new shop and start over with brakes due to the shotty job this place did. Dont waste your money at this shop. Michelle the boss lady calling me an FN AHOLE screaming at the top of her lungs in front of her customers and employees while I am trying to leave. Hamad Tire use to be a great place. When the founder passed and son Mike stopped working here, the place declined and Michelle is doing nothing but running this place in the ground. Right on my receipt in all capital letters says 2 year warranty on all brake parts. She failed to back it up and fix the problem after I brought the van back 2 times. Nothing nowhere in fine print or any signs about livery vehicles. She falsely lied to the BBB claiming she would work with me. If so then none of this would have happened to begin with. She says I got a great deal on these brakes! Lmfao....This place is just a name anymore. Wont be back and I hope the worst for this place! When karma catches up to this place, Ill be the first to be there and throw it in your face!

MOTORCYCLE RIDERS BEWARE!!!! Hamad will tell you that they balance motorcycle tires there. They absolutely do not and they do not even have a balancer to do so on site. I paid in full for that service to later find out that my originally balance weights weren’t even removed. I called and they confirmed that they gave me false information after I called them out on it. They refused a full refund. My safety could have been in danger!!! Michelle the dm also refused to take my calls or call me back. She did not care about my safety or their mistake. I tried reaching her for two weeks. BBB has been contacted. Shame on them for lying to me and I’m sure many others.

Closing time is at 5:40pm not 6 oclock. Arrived with my brother-in-law who just picked up a flat on his way home from work because of a broken bottle in the street.Was told by the guy behind the counter that the air is off and that they couldnt help us.Was either a replacement tire sale or repair. Shouldnt have taken a shop worth its salt more than 10-15 minutes. Which would still put them being done before posted closing time.I get it. I do. It was very close to end of shift and the idea of one more job was probably annoying. But dude, come on. Wouldnt have taken any time at all.

I arrive at 730 because its 1st come 1st serve they open at 8 come in to be told they dont have a mechanic no worries Ill go to state rd fast forward a month later I call in to make sure they have a mechanic I arrive at 10 till 8 only to be told the mechanic strolls in around 9 at this point Im upset because I called in yesterday and wasnt told this and you think because this is a tire/mechanic shop that a mechanic would be available when they open so then Im being checked in and I ask if the tire rotation is included in oil change Im told no its extra i said no its not and have to pull it up on my fone then Im told were told to say no unless coupon is showed obviously im aware of services im a repeat customer so im furious at this time because to me THAT IS BASICALLY SAYING LIE TO CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE UNAWARE I USE TO LOVE RESPECT AND TRUST HAMADS BUT THIS IS LEADING ME BACK TO WALMART REAL FAST FOR MY CAR MAINTENANCE

Tech is highly experienced and great at what he does. As a mechanic, myself, I highly recommend this Hamad location for service. If you need an alignment, this is the place to go. Many shops will only adjust toe-in and charge full price, when thats not an alignment; camber and caster also need checked and appropriately adjusted. The tech here has over 18,000 alignments under his belt and does the job right, at a very fair price.

5/5. Im not a car guy. And its obvious. They didnt take advantage of that and charge me an arm and a leg. My brother is a mechanic, lives out or state so I took the car to Hamad and consulted my brother before agreeing to spend money. Mike took care of the car. He was helpful, friendly, and fast. My brother even said the cost of the work being done was more than fair. Replaced almost the whole front end in under 24 hours. Hamad has earned all of my future business. Thanks again Mike.

I got there a half hour after this place opened, 8:30am. I had four snow tires that I already had I needed put on I did not leave the Place Until after 11 AM. The waiting room was the coldest place I’ve ever been in I was chilled to the bone my hands feet and nose were numb my nose is running the whole time no one talked to me till I finally went up to the counter and ask them how much longer it would be and she said oh your car is ready I didn’t even notice. It felt like torture sitting in that cold room forever I hated this place the prices were OK I guess but I’d rather pay more to sit in a warm room then deal with that ever again. And then she told me it was a normal wait....

Mike and his crew were short-handed due to the holiday. But they got me in extremely quickly and the four tires replaced in virtually a blink of an eye. They repaired a faulty stem valve for me rather than replacing it with a new one for $80. Everybody was very courteous and professional very pleased with the service that I received. Would highly recommend friends and family go there as well

Ive purchaesed tires there for 20 years. Was told yesterday they couldnt honor road hazzard leak because of where it was on the tire. For $70 they would be glad to replace it. I took it to my auto mechanic and he plugged it . The leak was a previous plug that Hamad had done last year . Done with them . Theyve changed ....never again. In the Rubber Capital , there are plenty of tire retail places that I will go to in the future

Excellent car care for good prices! Multiple family members have gone here for years for service, and they continue to deliver. Employees could dress a bit nicer and the lobby could definitely be redone, but this place gets paid for services performed, not impressions made. Will continue going here for various work that I cant do myself.

I blew a tire and my spare tire was stuck underneath my cargo van so I had to get it towed to Hamads. I had to wait a little while because they were busy but once they got my van in there , they quickly got the spare unstuck and put it on and they felt so bad for the tow I paid they did it for free! Solid people working here, I will recommend them.

They know what to do and they do it well. Quick, honest and to the point. They dont try to upsell you something you do not really need. They just want you to leave happy with a car you can depend on. They are rare these days where so many are out just to make an extra buck. For any car issues, I will always come here.

Just in from Illinois and last three miles every time I applied my breaks it made an awefull grinding noise. I called Hamad in Akron because of a recommendation from my sister, and they seemed to know exactly what was wrong. Took it over there and Reynaldo (forgive me if the name isnt right) looked at it and it was exactly what he said. 15 minutes later we were done! When I asked what I owed him he said nothing! They saw me coming. Im a single mom, who knows nothing about cars. I needed a tire. They charged me $140 for one, used tire. I asked them to look at my wheels to see the problem. They informed me that they had just never been rotated, but when I had another mechanic look, my ball joints and control arms were bad. At a dangerous level. Ill never go there again, or recomend this business. Ill also, make sure I spread the word on my experience. Go to TK tire, on massillon, if you need tire repairs. Horrible experience at this location a while back.Brought my car in here because the front end was shaking, All I asked for when I walked in, Was a simple tire balance on all four tires. So the employee walks back and says I guarantee you have broken belts in your tires and you need them replaced, This is the cause for the shaking. At first I was a little stunned then I told him to replace them, So I talk to the manager up front and he says I could upgrade two new front tires for about $30 more, I said go ahead and do it, Then when I also noticed after they were installed, I paid the $30 more for the original price I was quoted for the cheaper tires, So they decided to still charge me more money but they still installed the cheap tires, not what I paid for!. So I get my car back and noticed they also disposed a brand new tire in the back from Firestone, that still had another 35,000 mile warranty and was only a few months old. That tire was taken away from my car also. After all the money Ive spent, I got the car done and decided to test it on the highway. The alignment was way off and the car was shaking even worse! So I take my receipt and go to the cuyahoga falls location. They RE-BALANCED my tires AND RE-DID my alignment. My car was fixed! All because I originally asked for my tires to be BALANCED. NOT SELL ME STUFF I DO NOT NEED!!!!

Id give it a 5 based on my experience, I had two rear tires on my truck replaced. It was decently quick. The waiting room is just an average waiting room, reasonably priced soda. It seemed warmThe reason I rate them a 4 is because my wife went and she did not get the same experience I did, she had a long wait time and the waiting room was ice cold she said. I guess their heater broke...I think their tires are priced reasonably and as most guys I really dont care about the ammenities, I just care about tires.

The real mvps.... They always take extra good care of us. My whole family has been going here since just before I was born. My mom road in late one night as they were locking up with a completely flat tire 8 months pregnant. They opened back up and fixed her tire. Weve just come here ever since, the whole family.

They were able to replace 4 tires in the time it took for me and my mom to chat and catch up about her week! We were in and out in a half hour with 4 new tires, plus the guys there were very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Highly recommended.

I have hazard coverage on my tires that i paid 800 dollars for, i came in over the weekend 20 minutes before they closed because my tire is losing air- fast leak. Mike told me he didnt time to help and come back after the weekend. He told me come back Monday or pay someone else to fix it. He should be fixing it for free, due to me paying for the hazard coverage. Also quoted me $500 for brakes, without even looking at my brakes or my car at all. Rudest man i have ever dealt with in my life. The younger boy at the shop that was supposed to put air in my tires to get me out of the door, found the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes! He was awesome! I will not be going back however, due to Mike being down right rude and the worst customer service i have ever experienced!

The mechanics here are honest and do good work. The company I work for uses them, and I use them for my personal car as well. Usually get you in and out of there in a short amount of time. I definitely recommend Hamad
