Ive been with Matt for years. Recently I needed insurance for a business I am running out of my home. When I began in 2018, State Farm did not offer it. I check again last week and even though Matt was not sure they were offering insurance that fit my business, he checked into it anyway. He found that State Farm has begun offering they type of insurance I needed and had a policy drawn up for me within hours. Matt always goes the extra mile, and he did no different in this case. Matt has been stellar and remains stellar. I cannot recommend his agency enough.

Outside of great rates, bundled and not bundled, the service is excellent. I am always helped right away. I use Matt Coynes office for life, car, home, and business insurances.Recently, I wanted to pay 3 of my policies in full for the year (car insurance 6 mo). Amy and Ellen helped me immediately by stating the amount of savings for quarterly, semi annual, and annual pay offs and which would be beneficial for me.I was even given extra info of how much my property taxes were last year and if it is a fair evaluation for my area. I always get phone calls from other companies want me to switch. Its always a a hands down no from me.

Matt was very responsive to a email I sent about getting a chip in my windshield repaired. I wasnt sure what could be done and he informed me that he has a great working relationship with Senneco Glass and they do Courtesy repairs. I was able to get into Senneco Glass the next day and they did a great job fixing my chip in my windshield. The service was completed in 20 minutes exactly. Talk about service. I found Matt Coyne by accident thanks to a random Google search when I moved here in 2013. And what a happy accident. Matts entire staff is friendly, fast, and easy to work with. They turned around a renters insurance policy for me on a dime when I was on a time crunch to land an awesome apartment. After a small car accident, they took such good care of me. The aftermath went as smoothly as these things could go, and they treated me like a human being the entire time - checking in to see how I was doing, keeping me updated on the progress. I cant recommend Matt (and State Farm) enough. I will stay with him as long as Im in Ohio.
