I damaged my shark fin antenna so I had to get it repaired and the staff at Crash Champions was amazing! Dave, the general manager, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. All of the staff I worked with were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Their customer service excellence is unmatched - I am truly so grateful for the experience I had working with these gentlemen. I had an amazing experience from start to finish and I wont go anywhere else but here for my car repair needs from here on out.

The repairs to the body were excellent. However, there was a rattle in the overhead console as a result of the accident that wasnt fixed. I informed the employee that it didnt happen all the time and they may have to drive it around a little to detect it. When I picked up the car he told me that he drove it for 1/2 mile and didnt hear the rattle. I think he should have driven it around a bit longer than that.

CARSTAR Akron East did an amazing job! When my car was damaged in a hit and run they knocked out the repairs between Christmas and New Years. They went over everything that needed to be done and what might need to be done once they started the work.. Insurance covered it but the prices were very reasonable and the communication was phenomenal.

I couldnt be more pleased with the work they did on my truck. From the body work they did was amazing. Replaced the frame and it drives like a new truck. They keep you informed the whole time they had my vehicle. I wont take my vehicle anyplace else.

They did a amazing job on our Equinox. Cant even tell it was hit.

After being rear ended while my car was parked, I had more damage then I expected. I decided to go through my insurance (USAA) as I knew there was going to be issues with the driver’s insurance (I was right). Carstar works closely with USAA and I knew what was going on at all times. They did a fantastic job on my car. It was even cleaner then when I dropped it off. They even took care of my rental car for me. The staff is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I took my truck to Rowes for a minor dent/scrape on my front bumper. I could not have been happier with the level of service or professionalism that they showed. Their manager was honest and forthright about the job and showed great concern that my needs as the customer were met. They had the job completed quickly and the finish is showroom quality. I would recommend Rowes Body Shop to anyone. Unlike the larger collision centers, they wont turn away a small job and they work hard to earn your satisfaction. Outstanding on all counts.

Took my new truck to them with a small dent and dealt with Jay. After discussing it and an inspection, Jay called me back and said he could fix it with paintless dent removal.... at a great savings to me. They did not have to break the paint open or do any other body work, which is great seeing that it was a brand new truck.!! What honesty. The repair was imperceptible. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough, they are real pros.

Just got my car back a couple hours ago and I am extremely satisfied. Not only did they do an awesome job removing a deep scratch in my hood, but they also detailed the interior and glossed the tires! I have just received my car back from Rowes Collision. I was skeptical because the price was fair and rather cheap. Something that wasnt cheap was the service done to my car and the level of professionalism of the manager, Jay. He was wonderful, worked with all of my concerns and my father. He explained the process well and I received my car back in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised to see my car washed and tires waxed. Hopefully I never have to see them again to fix my car, but I would totally recommend them fixing your car.

Went for an estimate, person stopped in middle of it, forcing me to make an appt to get my truck fixed. Without giving me an estimate. I never said they would be fixing my truck. Idiots work there, I also tried to inform them my insurance will be paying me and I would inspect work and pay when its finished, again very forceful saying no they would get the money directly, they did not understand i already had another estimate and know the whole process.I am very educated and have my insurance company backing me. For others out there you do not have to have the people who do estimates do the repairs you can choose anyone.Again worker there was being a bully, I asked questions to see if they would be honest but no they didnt care what I had to say.

After taking my car to 3 different body shops for quotes on a minor dent/ding and scratch on the door, I found this body shop by reading the great reviews. Rowes Body Shop was by far, the best quote i received. Me being very detail oriented, I was sure I would still see some trace of the dent/ding, but I was pleasantly surprised. No traces of the dent/ding scratch at all. My car looked even better than when I picked it up brand new from the dealership! This place is totally AWESOME, and I would/will recommend it to anyone. Pleasant people and Great work goes a long way! The only downside was that it was raining, and I didnt want to mess up my shiny good looking car to show it off that day LOL, but oh well cant have everything. :) , Im still extremely HAPPY!

I own a 1996 Lincoln Mark 8 with 132,000 miles. A woman in a Chase bank parking lot backed into the right rear fender and bumper. After going to 2 other body shops I was impressed with the overall looks of the shop and cars being repaired. They arranged for a loaner, a new car that was a pleasure to drive while mine was repaired. When I got my Mark 8 back the body work was perfect and they were able to match the paint on a 20 year old car. The car was hand washed and the chrome wheels had been given extra cleaning so they too looked like new. I will alway go to Rowes and plan to have them fix a door lock next week. They are to creme of the crop Body shop for flawless body and paint work. Take your damaged car to them. The prices are very competitive and usually lower than other body shops.

I was notified every step of the way and got my back a day earlier than expected.

They gave me first class service and when something extra needed to be done they did it for a great price and fast service. Our family van looks great better than new drives great.

Took my friend up to clean out his car and say goodbye to it and they were nothing but nice. Fully recommend them.

I took my car into this shop to have them look at it and possibly give me a quote. I have a spot on my frame that is rusted but its definitely fixable. I told him the problem, be got down on his knees and looked under the car for 5 seconds, yes literally 5 seconds, then got up and told me my car is junk. He didnt put it up on a lift or anything, like yeah you can get a good look at my frame while its on the ground. I told him I have another guy who will do it for me, I just wanted to see if anyone else would do it for a lower price. This guy then told my car is junk and unsafe to drive because the quarter panel is rotted out and the front fender is falling off. I have a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville in great condition, except for rust bubbling up under the gas cap, 90% of Bonnevilles rust under the gas cap due to the design so this is no big deal and it does not affect the safety of the car. Also the front fender has an area about the size of a gold dollar where paint was peeled up, apparently that means my fender is falling off:/ horrible service I dont recommend this place.
