We recently changed our trash pickup to Dumpster Depot, because the previous service was not always reliable. They also would leave trash that wasn’t in the can behind from time to time. So far we have been pleased.

I have known the owner since he started this business. He is a man that does his level best to provide a service that is #1. He keeps his vehicles in top shape and his employees are very professional in getting the job done. I am one that likes to support local businesses that keep local people employed and their money stays in the community. He works hard in helping out with donations and community events. Great work ethics all round. The service he provides is very reasonable in price and affordable. Great job to all.

Reliable, I found it a very nice touch that you sent a welcome package. I have not used the coupons yet for eating out but look forward to trying 2 new places. It is great to once again deal with a small local business and I really like being able to support it.

This review is being posted 6/18/2021. We have been using this service for a little over a month since moving into our new home and we could not be happier. Great price for a weekly home trash removal service. They are always on time, and provide well in advance updates for holiday pick up schedule changes. Every person I have spoken with at the company has been professional, polite, and informative.

We use Dumpster Depot for weekly trash removal and also used them for junk removal. Very easy to work with; they contacted us about when the guys could be here for junk removal; guys got here right on time and were very fast; they asked for clarification on a couple of items to make sure they got everything we wanted to get rid of. Very nice company, we will definately use them again!!!

Signing up as a new customer was quick and easy. No issues so far! Pick up is later in the day than Waste Management, but still at a reasonable time. I usually have my husband put the bin out the night before and when I get home from work at 5:15, its empty. They also put the bin back on the side of the mailbox. WM was getting to the point to where theyd just throw it back anywhere - leaving it partially in the road, in front of the mail box, blocking the driveway, etc. We havent had that issue with Dumpster Depot yet, and hopefully, we wont!

I recently started using Dumpster Depot because I like the idea of supporting a locally owned business. Setup was quick and easy over the phone and online. The container was delivered when promised. Dumpster Depot is a great local business to do business with.

We ordered a residential can from them. The Gentleman Gregg that works there told us that they would pick up our garbage on Wednesdays. So of course they immediately took the $60 out of our account and delivered the garbage can. For some reason haven’t seen them since. So of course we called up there and now the same gentleman came seem to figure out where we live. NOW if you’ve delivered a garbage can, Wouldn’t you have some sort of idea where it’s at. Don’t even get us started on how he can’t find an account that matches our credit card for automatic withdrawals.

We didnt have problems until recentlybut they have been getting worse. Last week, we didnt get trash pick-up (due to a broken truck). As a result we had two cans out at the curb this week and they only dumped one. Seems like we are punished for their equipment not working. But they never miss billing us. I wish I could say its the first time pickup has been late or missing due to vehicle issues but it isnt. I was so happy with their service at first but it seems to be going down hill.

I was not familiar with how to set up trash pickup as I just moved and as soon as I called, I got the help I needed and they were fantastic in their responses and friendly about giving me all my options. With several choices for residential waste pickup in our area, we chose Dumpster Depot because they had positive reviews. The people that helped me to set up everything were friendly, knowledgeable and available to answer all of my questions. Delivery of our trash can was on time, weekly pickup is punctual. We have encountered no problems whatsoever. The customer service is stellar and they really make us feel appreciated. We received a welcome packet with our trash can delivery which was thoughtful and neat. They also followed up with us after a month asking if there was anything that they could do better. When you call them, you get a real human who answers in a friendly and personable voice, not a machine with a bunch of choices. When I signed up, the delivery of the can was timely, and my weekly pickup has been right on schedule. They seek customer feedback on their performance and pay attention to what their customers think. The owners of this company display the kind of values you see in great companies and seem to treat everyone with respect, like family. All that and a great value too! I don’t normally do these kind of reviews, but I’m a very satisfied customer and felt I should share my experience.

They allow me to have Auto-Pay setup. They are locally owned/operated. T.C. handled my out-of-state move in service with great flexibility! Price lock-in for 5 years with no contract was a huge bonus. So glad to have them here to provide this service. I was not a huge fan of the local “big name” competition. Keep up the great work, team!

The customer service has been superb!! Ive had plenty of questions and each time I call, the staff has always been polite and thorough with their answers. The gentlemen on my route always speak if Im outside and always wish me a good day.. All pick ups have been met as promised. Im extremely pleased with their service so far.

Everything is over the top with this company. Even though we were supposed to get our bin the following week, they made a special delivery after hours, just for us, so we received our bin a week early. I even communicate with the men that’s on my route via text. Who you know have a response team as good as Dumpster Depot.. Nobody! I absolutely love this company. They’ve the best around. Without much notice from our previous waste removal company we were left in the lurch to find a company to take over. Seeing as the company they recommended didn’t even serve our area. Thankfully seeing on a Facebook post of our town that others had found dumpster depot. We’ve had nothing but prompt courteous service and are happy with the transition

Dumpster Depot is an excellent waste management company. The people that work in the Aiken office are real professionals. They do what they promise and there waste collectors show up at the same time every week no guesswork when they may show up. They dont leave any messes at the side of the road. The company we had before showed up whenever they wanted and at times they left half of the trash by the side of the road. Thank you Dumpster Depot for a job well done!!!!

Trash removal has been in a very consistent and timely manner. Very happy with this company. The trash collection driver has been very accommodating with extra bags due to the move in we are going thru.

Dempster Depot does outstanding work unlike other trash pickup services in our area. They told me when my container would be delivered and when it the trash would be picked up and unlike other services thats what happens. The charges are much less that I can take it to the receiving station myself and a great deal less hassle, especially with the elimination of trailers by the county. Dumpster Depot has provided exceptional customer service over the last few years we have had them service our business. They have local people that answer calls and respond to issues, much better than a call center in another state. I would recommend for commercial and residential services. I also appreciate that the support our community by giving back. This makes a huge difference in small towns and should be recognized.

We’ve used their Service for a very short time, but they were nothing short of professional, reasonable in their pricing and easy to get a hold of; we’ve had a great experience. Would definitely recommend and I’d come back to them if I needed waste pickup again.

Very unprofessional spokes person and hidden deadlines of amount of usage. He is unable to read any documents so when he was informed he only needed to sign to receive dumpster. No not your fault, but all upfront requirements should be given over the phone.Allotted 7 days with 3 rainy days, kinda makes it hard for a disabled senior citizen time to remove a roof alone while also trying to keep everything dry inside. Recently, Bath Water and Sewer switched our service to you guys. I contacted Waste Management several times to pick up and/or empty their can and they would never come out. It was full and the smell was getting worse, so I figured I’d try something else. I left a note on my Dumpster Depot can asking if they would empty it. And they did! Just signed up last week and the crew missed our house Thursday. We called Friday morning and they 100% fixed the mistake. Had a truck out here the same day to pick up the trash. Goofs happen, it’s how companies own them and fix them that counts.

They pick up half of the trash and leaves the trash can in the road. Trash been wasted on the ground 2 weeks ago and wasnt picked up. Trash bags and boxes are on the ground for a week thats still not picked up 2day. Why pay for poor services.

Weekly trash service is excellent!

One of their trucks was speeding and blew through the stop sign in my neighborhood yesterday. I called and no one responded. A few minutes later the same truck came back through the same intersection and blew through the stop sign again. You are driving a giant white garbage truck through a residential neighborhood with Dumpster Depot in Giant letters.? I’m guessing this person’s family tree has very few branches?
